No Watch, No Worries: This Fitness Ring Does It All
I’ve been using this ring health tracker for about two weeks, and honestly, I’m impressed by its functionality. It’s lightweight and surprisingly sleek—the fit is snug but comfortable, even overnight, which makes sleep tracking easy and unobtrusive. I usually forget I’m wearing it, yet it tracks everything from steps to heart rate without missing a beat. The app syncs smoothly with my phone, and the interface is intuitive enough even for non-techy folks. Its charging speed is great—just a couple of hours for several days of use, which works perfectly for my busy routine. The silver finish looks stylish and doesn’t clash with my regular jewelry, which I appreciate more than I expected. I wasn’t sure about the quality at this price point, but it’s held up nicely through workouts, handwashing, and even the occasional tumble. All in all, it’s a solid buy for anyone who wants wellness insights without the bulk of a smartwatch.

Not worth it
PROSProduct is easy to set up using the app. Charger for ring and a charging case are both included.Heart rate and BP appear to be accurate.CONSThe app, while free, is not inherently navigable. Lots of misspellings. Under ‘Sport’ there is no treadmill option, so if you click ‘Walk’ your steps aren’t tracked. ‘Ropeskipping’ is included, but ‘Weightlifting’ or ‘Cardio’ are not? And there is no way to edit. Apple shows more steps than the ring, I walked 1.5 miles on my walking pad this morning and know exactly how many steps should be reflected. This product is not useful if it doesn’t accurately track steps.TBDSleep tracking may or may not be accurate, I need more data to determine.OVERALLI’m returning since this doesn’t do the bare minimum thing I need – track steps!

App needs work
Haven’t used it yet as its still chargining, but my first thoughts on the app are it needs a little work. It’s not geared for Americans yet, as it asks if you have black hair and suggests seeing a Chinese Health Practitioner. It would also be nice if the step goal wasn’t only in thousands and if the sleep goal wasn’t only by the hour. Will update my review after using the ring for a while.

Elegant technology
I love the quality of this smart ring. Its modern design looks like a high-end piece of jewelry; lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. Health features: Accurately measure heart rate, steps, and sleep quality. It connects super fast and syncs seamlessly with your phone, and the app is easy to use. It’s rechargeable, so it’s definitely perfect for those who want to monitor their activity without wearing a large bracelet or watch. Highly recommended for a healthy and stylish lifestyle.

Waste of money. Not recording workouts or sleep.
So unhappy with this. It’s not recording workouts and most importantly, saying I didn’t even sleep one minute last night and I’m trying to track my sleep. Not impressed at all and waste of money.

Not worth the money.
Size is off. And identical rings bring up different measurements in the app.

What’s Important
I used this ring for about a month and lost it somehow. Most likely I set it down to wash my hands (the ring would slip off otherwise) and left it somewhere other than home. I had guessed at my ring size and had to put it on my little finger, not real safe. Do get the ring measuring kit before you buy your ring (duh). While I had the ring, it worked great in all respects. You should realize, though, that all that large and expensive equipment in the doctor’s office is compressed into that little ring. Don’t expect it to be 100% accurate and consistent. You’ll see that it is an aid and a general guide to monitor your health. You’ll be very happy with it then.
