I’ve purchased several items this way, and every single one, including this RockJam keyboard, arrived in mint, untouched condition, sealed in the original packaging. You’re basically getting a brand-new product at a discount — it’s an incredible deal!As for the keyboard itself, I’m very impressed. It comes with everything you need to start playing right away — bench, headphones, sustain pedal, and access to Simply Piano lessons. My 6-year-old daughter is a beginner taking piano lessons, and this set is absolutely perfect for her skill level. The keys are responsive, the sound quality is great for practice, and having all the accessories included makes setup super convenient.We’ve only had it for about a week, but so far, no complaints at all. It’s fun, functional, and a great value for both kids and beginners learning to play.
