Lasted a long time
I typically used the heat pack for menstrual pain and to help warm myself during the colder weather. The smell is overly strong during the first few uses, the product seems to get these kind of burn stains after a while of using it towards the inner sides of the stitching. Worked very well for about two years, I typically put it in the microwave for about three minutes and until today had never burned. Well today it burned a hole through the material after being in the microwave for three minutes. The smell is horrid from being burned. The product remained soft and brought much relief during the time I was able to use it. Overall I’m surprised how long it lasted considering other responses and will likely buy another one.

Day 1 Got this in the mail, opened her up, warmed up quick, smelled AMAZING. I got all cozy and it was awesome! I even warmed it up again after 20ish minutes and the heat wore off because I was loving it. I was soooo happy with my purchase. Day 2. Getting ready for bed, made some tea, put this in the microwave to get all cozy before bed and within 30 seconds SMOKE !!! FIRE !!! DANGER !!!! I grabbed it, threw it in the sink, water on, smoke gone, burning stopped (thank God) But oh boy quite the turn of events and now my house smells like burnt corn and that is a bummer.Disclaimer – I have a normal microwave, followed directions, and truly was hype about the product until the casual lil fire situation. Sooo fair warning and be on the lookout. If there is a hot local firefighter you want to meet, this would be the quick way to meet him. But unless that’s your goal, maybe don’t by this product. Choose your own adventure

My dog keeps eating them!!!
Bought this for my wife’s cramps during that time of the month. It works well. No complaints with the product specifically other than the smell is not pleasant. However, I have had to buy 3 of them in the past year. For whatever reason, my dog will not stop eating them! I’m not sure what’s in it that makes it irresistible to my dog but I’m not buying anymore. 3 is enough.
