This isn’t your average scale—it’s an essential tool for anyone serious about their health.First off, the setup was a breeze, and it connects to my phone instantly. The app is incredibly user-friendly and makes tracking my progress over time a seamless experience. The readings are consistently accurate, thanks to the incredible 8-electrode system that measures far more than just weight. I love being able to see a complete picture of my health, including my BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and even visceral fat. The ability to see my muscle mass go up while my body fat went down, even when my weight didn’t change much, has been a huge motivator!I love the option of the printable body analysis report. I can share it with my nutritionist and doctor, which can be incredibly helpful. The scale itself is sleek, sturdy, and looks great in my bathroom.If you’re looking for a smart scale that offers detailed insights and reliable data to truly track your health journey, the RunStar is the one. Unknowns issues and lack of service.
I bought this scale with high expectations. The scale arrived with clear and easy directions and easy app set / connection. The first scale I ordered ended up being faulty, I changed the batteries multiple times but the device failed to power up. I reached out to the customer service and received an initial response fairly quickly. I provided some photos and video of my issue. Unfortunately, due to a delay in my issue arising over a weekend / holiday season, the customer service rep was not able to get a hold of me again until I started a return. The company did offer a FREE replacement and did not require me to send back my original order. The customer service rep was amazing and tried everything to make my experience better. I really appreciated it. They were friendly, professional, and provided great follow up. This experience lead me to trying a second RunStar device.I reordered the same scale believing I got a random bad model. My second scale works like a dream! Easy start up, the app connects easily, when my scale is on the app instantly connects. The information on the reports provides amazing insights and is helping me to reach my goals in the gym. I would 100 percent buy from this scale and use this company again. Customer service is awesome when issues arise and the product is great.This scale is great for weight lifter, athletes, health enthusiasts. Provides reports and detailed breakdowns of your body. Tracks stats and every time you log a measurement.

Setup was quick and easy, and it connected to the app without any issues.I tested it right away, and I like how it gives more than just weight. The body composition details (BMI, body fat %, muscle mass, etc.) are so much more useful than a single number on the screen. The app is simple to navigate, and I’m excited to try the printable body analysis report feature to keep track of progress over time.It feels sturdy and well-built, and stepping on it doesn’t feel wobbly at all.
