Customers say
Customers find the bed rail secure, noting it keeps them from falling out of bed and works well even on adjustable base beds. The product is easy to assemble and install, and customers appreciate its safety features, with one mentioning it provides protection from rolling out of bed. While some customers report a perfect fit, others find it doesn’t suit their beds, and several mention the length is too short.

Works with adjustable beds. Or sleep, comfort beds rather.
I have an adjustable bed and I put this between the mattress and the base. In fact it’s a sleep comfort bed. The bar raises with the head of the bed. It makes it easier to move around in the bed since I am an amputee. It works for what I need. You might want to use the strap so it doesn’t move around so much.

Sturdy item
Ease of assembly, sturdy rail

Be mindful of size
This is a very good product, the strap it came with wasn’t really needed for our needs but seemed a sturdy piece of material. The initial set up is very simple just follow the directions, please note that the pocket it came with will need to be secured by some other way, the hook and catch was not sturdy enough to hold the pocket while moving around I suggest zip ties. After it’s put together it is a very strong piece of equipment and does hold up being used as both a bed gaurd and being used as a prop for sitting up.

Sturdy
Excellent product. Nice and sturdy. I’ve been using it for the last three weeks since lumbar back surgery. Without it, I would not even be able to get in or out of bed. I don’t know if it says in the ad, but actually parts of it glow in the dark, which is handy at night time.

Works good
It was easy to assemble and works good, does not work that good with 10” mattress. But it helps him get out of bed.

Not that great.
Didn’t really work out. Hard to install. Cumbersome.Bought and couldn’t get to really work as it should. Would have retuned it but waited too long.

Make sure your bed will work it
The product is great, but make sure your bed has a clear way to access underneath the mattress. My bed is from 1850 and has sideboards.I didn’t think about accessing the underside of the mattress directly. I had to return it because it wouldn’t work with my bed.

Rail has done it’s job
Great for my sister. She was always falling out of bed. She hasn’t fallen so far with the bed rail. The only thing is we had her bed on the floor because she is only 4’9” because of the rail we had to put it on a frame and now she has to use a stool. She is not sturdy on her legs. But even at that the rail has helped her stay in.
Maury –
Keep the purpose as a bedside rail. Not fancy and not too overboard, the mattress must be thick.

Very sturdy!

Not too large, low profile. Easy to put together. Sturdy.

I bought this style of bedrail for my dad to use on his adjustable bed. It was difficult to find one that could give enough support while still staying in place on the adjustable mattress. Like most adjustable beds, my dad’s has only one mattress. no boxspring, so the bedrail has to sit on the bed frame. The only problem we had was that the legs were too long, so we cut them down and now it works just fine. It will move around as the mattress is raised and lowered, so needs to be pushed back under the mattress on a regular basis, but otherwise it works well. Please continue to make bedrails that work with adjustable beds – so we don’t have to go the expense of buying a hospital bed that looks so clinical!
