I have developed sciatica and now tailbone pain. I travel for work and I drive hundreds of miles per week. I was weary about this, if it would be comfortable or not. However, after looking at several similar offerings, I decided to give this one a try. I’m so glad I did. This cushion is great quality; the padding is not too hard, yet not too soft. It is surprisingly super comfortable and since the very first use, I am completely pain-free while using this cushion.I have also noticed when my pain kicks in at work, no more tailbone pain and the sciatica pain is lessened (I had no idea these pains were connected). I’ve only had this for a few days and I’m still in awe!The shape and size of this cushion is oddly perfect for me. I do think bigger people, like a large man, would need a bigger size. I’m 5’5″, 130 lbs, and this is absolutely the perfect size for me. I feel it would still be perfect if I were 25 lbs heavier, as I am just a little shy of taking up the entire cushion. Also, the cushion does take its shape back after getting up, and, it does not go completely flat when sitting on it.I have not washed this yet. However, it appears it would wash very well. I probably wouldn’t put it in the dryer to avoid any negative effects to the padding. To note for those using this on a slippery chair, it does have non-skid dots on the underside.

Not to crazy about these seat cushions. The thickness is good, price is fair, as far as size I wish it covered the whole seat but it doesn’t. Comfort is not so good to me bc it makes my tailbone hurt and most of all as the weather starts getting cold the foam gets hard until your sitting on it it will soften up. I will try the gel seat cushions and use these as a backup.

I purchased the FOKEP Seat Cushion, X Large Memory Foam Cushion.- At first, it worked great. I was sitting in it for a couple hours here and there.- Then I had a bunch of things to take care of at my desk and had to sit for longer though I was still up often but by the end of the first busy day, the cushion was pretty much worthless.- there was no tailbone support after a very short time. The second and third day were so horrible.- I traded it out and I wasn’t in so much pain by the next day or two.- in total I used the FOKEP Seat Cushion for 3 weeks with light use until the last 3 days of use.I do not recommend this seat cushion!
