Customers say
Customers find the timer easy to use and appreciate its visual appeal, particularly for time blocking. Moreover, they consider it a great aid for young children with time management. However, the functionality receives mixed feedback – while some say it works well for toddlers, others report it doesn’t work half the time. Additionally, customers disagree on the noise level, with some finding it very quiet while others say it’s not silent, and the timer movement is problematic as it doesn’t move at all.

Keek, An Amazon Customer –
Adjustable loudness, simple timer
I wanted a timer next to my computer to remind me to GTF out of the chair and move around. As a computer programmer who also has a lot of side projects when I’m not working, I spend at least 12 hrs a day in front of the computer. This time has several features that caught my attention. There is no audible ticking. You have to put the timer right up to your ear to hear anything. It’s REALLY quiet. The alarm has two settings, loud and very soft. Those are great features, but I was also attracted to its blue housing and yellow star knob. It has a nighttime feel that calms me. It’s cute!Update: 11/12/2024. I haven’t used it in about a year. I tried it today, but it won’t work. I replaced the batteries, and yes, they are in the correct way. It no longer ticks when I set the time, and the timer doesn’t count down. The pause light works, and the timer does beep when I manually turn it to zero, but it won’t count down on its own. That is so disappointing.Update: 11/13/2024. Since my clock no longer works, I decided to crack it open. Now I know why these clocks stop working. See the video I’ve attached. Very thin, delicate wires are attached to the center dial. Each time the dial is turned, the wires move. Over time, the wiring can break and cause a disconnect. I’m not an electrician. I don’t know jack about circuits. I have a soldiering iron, but I don’t know how to test circuits. I have no choice but to toss this in the trash.

Time Management Made Simple and Fun! ⏳🌟📚
This little timer has been a total game-changer in our home! The visual countdown is perfect for helping kids understand the passage of time, and the starry sky design adds a fun, calming touch. I love that it’s completely silent—no annoying ticking—and the adjustable alarm volume is a thoughtful bonus. Whether we’re using it for study sessions, cooking, or screen time limits, it’s been incredibly effective and easy to use. The pause and reset functions are intuitive, and the build quality feels solid. Highly recommend for families, classrooms, or anyone looking to stay on track without stress!

Lifesaver for my household
This thing is awesome. We struggled with being on time last school year, but we have been out the door in time every single day since we got this. The visual this provides is a massive help to my 6 year old and I’ve found it helps me as well. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I loveD this thing.
Updated review: It stopped working suddenly after a year. I’m not sure what happened. It didn’t get dropped or anything like that. I switched the batteries and everything else.I absolutely love this little timer. It works well and it’s so cute. It’s really helped me stay focused when I work on a task and I wouldn’t be constantly checking to see how much time was left like I would do with a traditional one.

CHEAP PIECE OF PLASTIC DOESNT WORK
Cheap product that doesn’t work. I ordered for teeth brushing time with my toder and after changing batteries multiple times the timer did not work. Received a replacement which also did not work. The only thing that worked on this product was the annoying red light and beeper. Timer would not work at all. Definitely buy something else.

Great for Pomodoros
I had some incredibly terrible ADHD and I recently learned about the Pomodoro technique/method and decided to give it a try. I saw reviews that said this was much more quiet than typical wind up kitchen timers. I REALLY didn’t want to spend nearly $20 on a timer, especially because I was also getting a standard wind up kitchen timer because I wanted to have 2 timers.I have used both timers and like both of them, BUT there are definitely perks to this one:1) “visual timer” – while a typical wind up timer is just as much a visual timer if you can see how many minutes are left where the timer notch is, this one you don’t have to be so close to and it’s ideal for timing tasks where you have to move around a lot because you can easily see how much time is left from across a large room.2) it’s QUIET- while some people complain about it not being silent, I certainly can’t say I heard mine making a bunch of noise, and if you have awful ADHD like I do, it’s MUCH easier to concentrate on something (especially reading/writing) without that loud anxiety triggering “tick tick tick tick tick” from a wind up kitchen timer. Sure, that can be good for folding laundry or any menial tasks that you’d like to try and do more quickly as you listen to what sounds like the typical 90’s Michael Bay action movie countdown timer on a bomb that has to be disarmed and there’s only 7 seconds left and you can’t decide if you’re going to cut the blue wire or the red wire. But if you don’t necessarily want to have that level of angst, then you should probably choose this one.3) OPTIONS- you can have the alarm be really loud, or not really loud. Or you can have it go off for a few seconds or nah you continuously for 30 seconds. Either way, it’s also nice to have a big “snooze style button” on the top to turn it off. And if you have children that nap and you want to try the Pomodoro thing without waking them up, you’ll really appreciate the volume option. All in all, for being a really cheap person and hesitating for quite a while before biting it and just getting this timer (especially because I got the cute one with the star and night sky theme) I find myself really just using this timer and rarely use the loud wind up one unless I’m trying to motivate myself to do something I truly hate. But it’s also to get a more accurate timing of how long certain tasks take you as typically performed when you use one you don’t hear. I don’t regret getting it.

Great timer. Requires 2 x AAA batteries. My 5 yo started using it as soon as we popped the batteries in, she understood easily how to set it to 10 mins/ 20 mins etc and how to turn it off once the alarm rang. Really handy, I think this will stop a lot of arguments.

Clock spoil after using it several times! Beeping non-stop when the timer was off.

Como otros comentarios de aquí mencionan, funciona la alarma y el foquito de la pausa, pero el contador no avanza. Necesitaré regresarlo esperando un reembolso.
