If you’re looking for something very loud , you found it. Don’t suggest using it in the house !!

SCAM / HORRIBLE, NO SOUND, ONLY WEAK LIGHT
The pictures show two different products, that should have given it away as a scam.First off, pay attention to the pictures, they have “Loud Mate” on one, and “Alert Mate” on the other. I ordered this BECAUSE it had the front pin option. However, what I received, does NOT have a front pin hole, and only has a weak white led light that blinks when the top pin is removed. The one I received says “Secure” “Loud Mate” but it doesn’t actually make ANY sound at all !!!

If my wife fell, the unit keeps piercing my ears
The alarm hook up will scare anyone into the grave. It never shuts off until you plug the little wire back into the unit. In the meantime the neighbor may call the police.

the best personal body alarm for a uniformed person
this is the one I’ve been searching for! it’s not as loud as the one I’ve had for 20 years but its The replacement. as a uniformed security guard sometimes you have to play rodeo clown and when they’re charging at you you need this personal body alarm. on off switch for easy operation, momentary trigger for whistle sound and no silly light like a lot of the others. and just try getting that pull pin back in when you want it off, talk about taking your eyes of the subject. the only person to ever continue an assault on me while activating one of these is a man whose car I was having towed after already towing two of have his families cars! yeah if you don’t want to follow HOA rules don’t buy there!

I have seen others exactly like this model that were not quite so loud
Extremely loud. I have seen others exactly like this model that were not quite so loud. Sleeping next to this is quite a trick but I would not be able to sleep at all if I didn’t have this one.

Very loud. Could be easier to pull pin out. It needs something better then velcro to secure it like a clip. Better price and convenient buying on Amazon then rip off prices most local medical supply places charge.
