Relaxing, fun, and therapeutic all in one
This is really a great idea and beautiful item. I am just disappointed I didn’t realize this existed sooner in order to know to search for it and find something like this when I’m hosting my niece and nephew. They love this. Now I feel like I’m going to have to get a second one and figure out where to mount that as well lol. That’s the only problem I have with it at this point. It takes the concept of a hammock and swing and sort of merges them and takes them to the next level. The fabric is really heavy duty, but soft. So it will hold the weight without any discomfort which is incredible. The material is smooth so not easy to snag, and if it did get snagged with something like a sharp toy, it’s not a type of material that will instantly have a catastrophic failure and Tara big hole so you won’t have to worry about someone falling through it like some other materials. The print I got kind of reminds me of Van Gogh’s starry night which is adorable and matches my guest room perfectly. It is like a mental health piece or meditation accessory, that somehow entices children to utilize it, which can teach them some pivotal lessons on self-care honestly. I wish I had something like this growing up. I was always relaxing at a swing or napping in a hammock. I would have definitely loved this. It’s got a good length to it for a kid to stretch out as well. Me as a full size adult, my legs will kind of hang out on the other end, which still fine and relaxing. And yes admittedly I have napped in it myself. I like to pretend I was testing it out to make sure it was safe lol. But really I utilize it when they are not around. Just don’t tell them that. It feels like being in a cocoon and a safe mental space to think and decompress because of the light blocking and sound filtering of the fabric. My single only wish with all of this, and it’s really minor. This really is a good set. It’s incredibly easy to set up. All the hardware is included and very self-explanatory. And it does come with very clear instructions. Is just that the mounting bracket that has the pivoting point is all connected. Meaning that I couldn’t just take a carabiner and detach the swing and the rotating mechanism and put it let’s say on my tree swing attachment. Because the rotating part is attached to the static mounting bracket that is drilled inwards. So it’s fine for one location, or if you buy a second one of those, but it would be a nice upgrade to have those be separate parts to increase portability for different scenarios while still allowing it to free flow in different directions. Obviously I still detached it and put it outside under the tree just to see, and it’s still fine but then the material starts twisting and getting tighter when it spins instead of just rotating freely in the wind or as you move. Just creates a little bit of a different experience. But all in all I would highly recommend this and I’m thrilled to own one. I will take pictures once I can convince them to help me clean up the room lol

Great sensory swing for all ages
The family is absolutely loving this swing. It’s very relaxing to lounge in, whether you’re gently swinging or just twirling while staring at the ceiling. I found myself able to get into a state of deep calm while nestled snugly inside. The material is strong, but comfortably stretchy, and I feel completely confident swinging in it.While the load capacity is 300 lbs, there is nothing said about the dynamic capacity (the weight limit while swinging). I recommend adding extra structural support if adults are going to be actively swinging in this. I installed blocking in the attic with structural screws between 2 joists, and it has been rock-solid. It’s a bit of work, but you won’t regret the extra security. I haven’t heard a creak from the hardware at all since installation. The included instructions were missing details about proper attachment of the O-sling to the fabric. I suggest looking up some tutorials and guides to be sure that you know what you are doing. Make sure the fabric seam is always at the top, separated from the weight-bearing portion of the swing by the O-sling to prevent tearing (this applies to any fabric sensory sing).Have fun and remember to take turns!Pros:- Great fun for all ages- Strong, stretchy fabric with a fun pattern- All hardware includedCons:- Unclear instructions for O-sling attachment

Sensory Swing for Kids and Adults Indoor & Outdoor Review
This is a soothing swing and I’m happy that I ordered it. I am fortunate in that I already had anchor hardware installed in my ceiling from a previous swing, and I can say from experience that will be the most time consuming part of installation. Here is my summary:Pros:1. Lots of fabric makes this usable for all body sizes and shapes up to 300lbs.2. includes hanging hardware! This makes this an excellent value.3. can adjust height – however while the daisy chain strap has multiple options to adjust for longer height, there isn’t much adjustment range to bring this up closer to the ceiling.Challenges:1. The instructions:did absolutely nothing to aide in my understanding of hanging the actual swing. There is a diagram showing the black ‘o’ loop strap but it really doesn’t make much sense because it describes it as “pre-attached.” I came back to this listing and studied the product photos to learn how to hang it. Ultimately it is very simple and the instructions muss that up. You pinch the swing in your hand at the seam leaving about 4 inches of the fabric above your fist= like you’ve got a chicken by the neck (sorry weird reference-if you’re vegan, then imagine it’s a rubber chicken). You will wrap the black ‘o’ loop around the neck and come back through the hole in the fabric, cinching it securely. I hope that with my instructions and the product pictures, this makes some kind of sense lol. Truly someone should hire me to write product manuals.2. The fiber of the swing:Speaking of sensory issues: I’ve got ‘em; and I cannot stand to touch synthetic fabrics. My finger tips snag on them and oof. Well, this is tough because sensory swings are targeted toward people with higher sensory support needs. If you or the child you may be considering this swing for cannot handle the touch of microfiber bedsheets, then this is not the right swing for you.I’ve been enjoying nesting in this and just gently swinging. I weigh 140 and I’m 5’7”. My daughter is the same height and 115 lbs. She also really enjoys it. My eldest daughter is 5’10” and while she can sit in it like a playground swing, she’s not up for folding herself in thirds to get inside lol. That said we each felt very secure in it. The fabric is durable.
