Awesome, works great hot or cold
Love it, my perfect comforter it like a weighted blanket for my shoulder,, it works great, that straps are great easy to put on and stays in place, works cold or hot and you can put it back in freezer for a fast refreeze for another session, I’m recovering from a torn rotator cuff, I wear it on my way to PT, use it 1st the morning, and the evening at home and It stays hot for a while and pop it in the microwave again for a fast reheat, It’s a must for rotator cuff/bicep /tricep injury, highly recommend great product, great price

worth the money
The quality of materials and workmanship are very good. It will fit a large man or tall person better than a petite person because of the length on the arm, but, the product works well and I expect it will last a long time. I had planned to return the item because it does not fit my arm that well. It is too long, but, it is too great of quality and I can use it without being my arm, so I will make it work and my husband will love it if he ever needs to use it. Well worth the price, I think!

Good Ice Pack
It freezes well and stays cold for at least 30 minutes. Its design allows coverage mostly for shoulders, lower cervical spine, and some thoracic spine. (I’m 5’2″) However, the closure at front doesn’t secure it. If one moves, it will slide backwards and the strap feels like it’s strangling the throat.

The shoulder pack gets really cold but I suggest letting it sit out for a little while before using because it not bendable once frozen. However I really like it.

back heavy design
The product is well made but the design is flawed. When you put it on, it is very heavy in the back and gravity pulls on it making the front attachment pull on your neck. If you aren’t laying down or sitting down on a couch keeping it will do this. I don’t know how they could change the design to be more balanced but this was my experience trying it out. I mean, it is not a bad product and did give relief and I will still use it.

This is a great ice pack. It’s shape allows it to be used many different ways. I’ve used it to treat pain associated with a severe C6/C7 hernication. It helped with upper back, shoulder, and arm pain. The straps are pretty comfortable and offer a wide arrange of adjustability. I would highly suggest this ice pack.

Very flexible for more than your shoulder. Had shoulder surgery & weight didn’t hurt. Helped my pain alot!
