Great security system!
I am very impressed with Simplisafe. Easy to set up, reliable, lots of features. I have been working with various alarm systems for many years, and this one is very stable. Not as sophisticated as the Government systems, but it definitely does what it needs to do.

Great Security System
I love this! Simpli Safe tends to be a little cheaper than ring and the others when I was looking and comparing. I love the cameras and the app is easy to use. Battery life is great – we just keep ours plugged in always. The door alarms are great too!

it was out of date
you cant download the codes to get it working, at least i couldn’t it should have had a cd or dvd with that on it with the bundle, yes i got all the parts charged up like it said, but not working without the codes to start them up..OK

I recommend maybe.
Revision of my earlier review of SimpliSafe home protection service.Called support at this company. Passed around through the phone system and couldn’t be understood by the foreign supposed support personnel. Not impressed with this aspect of their system. The product itself is good but the support is something that I’m not sure I feel is as they promote it to be. I don’t know if I can trust this system for my security.

This review is for: SimpliSafe 10 Piece Wireless Home Security System with Outdoor Camera- Optional 24/7 Professional Monitoring – No Contract – Compatible with Alexa and Google AssistantSetup was pretty simple, even for someone not super tech-savvy. The app walks you through everything, and all the sensors and cameras connected without much trouble. The outdoor camera looks clear day or night, and I like being able to check everything right from my phone.The system feels solid and reliable. I’ve had it running for a while with no major issues. The monitoring service works well, and the newer equipment definitely feels more updated than the older versions.The only downside is that the base can be a little picky about Wi-Fi distance, so placement matters. Aside from that, it’s a dependable setup that does what it’s supposed to. I’d definitely use it again for another property.
