Easy to read and to keep track of!
The ring is a great way to record your pulse oximeter while you sleep. It is very small and compact, so it’s comfortable enough to leave on your finger all night. It also fits in any pocket for traveling. The design is perfect for all-night use, and it doesn’t hurt your finger at all. I’ve been using it with the app lately, and it seems pretty accurate. It’s very easy to use, easy to connect to your phone, easy to read and to keep track of, thanks to the clear instructions. It comes with its own charger and has good battery life.

Accurate readings, but fit issues limit usability
I was hoping this product would work well for monitoring family members at night, but the fit ultimately limited its usefulness. For a wearable sensor, secure and consistent placement is essential. I’ve used overnight pulse oximeters before, and those typically rely on adhesive or hook-and-loop wraps that keep a thin, lightweight sensor in place. In comparison, this device is bulkier and heavier, and it uses a simple, non-adjustable elastic loop. The fit happened to work for my finger, but it was too loose for my spouse and did not work at all for my adult son. Because it cannot be worn securely on different finger sizes, the device often failed to stay in place, which defeats its purpose for overnight monitoring. In terms of performance, the pulse readings appeared accurate, but the oxygen level consistently tested higher than my trusted device. Overall, the lack of an adjustable fit significantly reduces its practicality. If the manufacturer added sizing rings or another way to secure the sensor properly, this product would have far more potential.

Compact, reliable & discrete
It’s small enough to fit into a pocket and I love that you can change the screen orientation on this so you can read it better. You wouldn’t need the app but the app is helpful as it also tracks when you move to help explain the reading results better. The app also lets you sync to Apple Health which has been really helpful for me.,it was a quick setup as well. This also shows the time and battery percentage when it’s not actively reading you. It also reads quickly and contentiously so you ged real-measurements. It’s rather nice with a smooth app interface. It’s not extra to use the app or its features either and you can have multiple users on the app. It can be a gift as the box it comes in makes it easy to store. I think it’s all well worth it.

This little device has given me more insight into my sleep than I ever imagined.
The ring design is incredibly comfortable; I barely feel it when I sleep, and it never slips off. I love that it tracks my oxygen levels and pulse continuously throughout the night without me having to think about it.The data it collects is detailed and honestly eye-opening. Seeing my oxygen dips and heart rate patterns helped me understand why I wake up tired some mornings. The Bluetooth sync is smooth, and the reports are clean and easy to read. What impressed me most is how accurate it feels compared to the finger clip monitors I’ve used before. The ring charges quickly and lasts through multiple nights. If you’re trying to understand your sleep, track your breathing, or monitor wellness without bulky equipment, this ring is such a game-changer.

O2/Pulse Ring Reader
Inconsistent at best. Took several reads and multiple fingers to get anything that resembled a normal rear for me. Love the idea, hate the execution.Came fully charged and with a charging cord. Instructions include link to app which does actually work well with the device, the device itself just doesn’t work well.

Not very accurate, not wearable for long periods.
I’m big into tracking my health. I have a smart ring and a smart watch that track my daily metrics, and workout programs to monitor other aspects of my health. The more data you have the faster and more easily you can catch problems before they become major. I’m always looking for new tools to try so when I saw this pulseox meter I had to try it.It arrived in a nice box and contained the meter, a charging cable and instructions. It all arrived in near-mint condition.I’m disappointed. The fit on this isn’t great, the device is very bulbous and wearing it interferes with finger movement. I had hoped for something that I could leave on for extended periods, but this just doesn’t work. It’s held on a with a silicone ring that stretches around your finger, and there’s no telling how long before it gets loose. You have to wear this on your fingertip which is a shame, because if you could push this down near your palm it would be much easier to wear it for extended periods of time. The accuracy isn’t great either. There would be points where it would say my heart rate was in the 20s, then up in the 80s, then down in the 50s. I couldn’t figure out how to make it stay accurate, so I have no idea how much of the data IS accurate.Overall I’m not impressed with this device. Good idea, but having to wear something so bulky on your fingertip interferes with a lot of activities. A ring that’s made of more durable material would also be ideal, or a way of easily replacing the rings when they stretch. In its current form there are just too many problems, especially for the cost. My $10 budget pulseox is more consistent.

Easy to Read!
O2 and heart rate are 2 important biological parameters! You want oxygen over 92% and a heart rate that is 75 or lower (assuming good health). It is very comfortable to wear, but it came off during my sleep. I am quite the tosser and turner though! It worked great during my zumba class! The phone app is eady to use and you can set out of range alerts! You can also save your readings and print them out for your next Dr visit! This device can definitely help improve your health by keeping you and your doctor informed about trends and anomolies. For example, if you are showing heart rate spikes, your doctor can prescribe a medical device to follow up and confirm the spikes.Love it!
