This has worked out perfectly for me and my husband. Medical issues have left us both with much smaller arms and traditional sized cuffs were too big (and therefore inaccurate readings). Very easy to use.

Small cuff fits my old Omron BP monitor
I bought this to replace a cuff that was too big for my arm. It fit an old Omron blood pressure monitor (HEM-711 from 2008) with no adapters needed. Works fine.

Could work for Occasional Home Use
I recently got the Blood Pressure Cuff and while it has a nice design and pattern, I found it lacking in a few key areas. The biggest issue is that it doesn’t sit securely during the inflation process. The cuff loosens up very quickly, making it difficult to get an accurate reading. This is especially frustrating if you’re trying to get consistent measurements. While it looks good and could work for occasional home use, I don’t think it performs well enough for professional use or for someone who needs precise readings on a regular basis. It’s a decent option, but I expected better performance, considering what this would be used for.

Nice large cuff
My husband has a large muscular arm we were using a regular sized cuff which I as a nurse knew could give false results I was so impressed with this cuff which came with multiple adapters to use on various machines. The cuff has performed as it should. The price was fair, easy to use and was comfortable during monitoring.
