Amazing Battery Life & Super Comfortable!
iSo Tech tracker is incredibly comfy with its ultra-thin, lightweight strap. Battery lasts over two months on a quick 1.5-hour charge! Accurate health and sleep tracking syncs smoothly with the free app. Perfect for daily wear and workouts. Highly recommend!

Lightweight, Comfortable, and Useful for Trends, but Accuracy Has Limits
I already own a smartwatch, but I ordered this iSo Tech fitness tracker without a screen primarily for sleep monitoring. I was previously diagnosed with sleep apnea, which has since resolved through weight loss, and I wanted a simple way to verify that I’m still getting adequate deep sleep. The tracker charged quickly and the advertised 60-day battery life is impressive. The color is a very light peachy-pink, which I really like. It comes with two bands: a silicone band with a buckle and a fabric band with a Velcro closure. I’m using the fabric band and find it very comfortable, although the sizing is quite generous and almost too large for my wrist. The device itself is extremely lightweight and much less bulky than my smartwatch, which makes it easy to wear overnight. The tracker syncs with the QWatch Pro app, and I had no issues pairing it with my iPhone. The app is free and does not appear to have any hidden fees. It tracks heart rate, sleep, blood pressure, blood oxygen, heart rate variability, and stress. The app will also generate an AI-based report, which is an interesting feature for reviewing overall trends. My main interest is sleep tracking, and overall that data seems reasonable. I did notice that it sometimes registers sleep when I am very still but awake, such as sitting quietly in a recliner or lying in bed reading. To improve accuracy, I now put the tracker on when I go to bed and take it off as soon as I wake up.One concern I do have is blood pressure accuracy. The readings are consistently higher than my Omron cuff, which I trust. Both systolic and diastolic readings are typically about 7 to 10 points higher on the tracker. Because of this, I view the BP feature as a general trend indicator rather than an exact measurement. There is a lot to like about this tracker, especially the color, how unobtrusive it feels on the wrist, and the range of health metrics it tracks that my smartwatch does not. However, due to accuracy concerns, I’m reducing my rating by one star. If I gain more confidence in the readings over time, I will update this review. Overall, I think this is a useful tool for monitoring trends in sleep and blood pressure, but I would not rely on it for precise measurements.

Some Good, Some Bad
Comfortable (after cutting the too-long watch strap), long battery, attractive watch.Works for some tracking, but not for what I wanted it for, which is accurate sleep tracking. I have a circadian rhythm disorder and want to easily track my crazy sleep, but this is not the watch for that. If I had a normal sleep schedule and did not get up to pee sometimes then it would be more able to keep more accurate tracking, according to the in-app FAQ’s. Most nights it did not track my sleep at all, but some nights it tracked parts of my sleep period. So it does not track my particular sleep in any useable way, and for that reason I don’t find this watch useful for me personally. The other stats are interesting, but I don’t care enough about them to keep a piece of equipment on my body all day for them. So this watch is a non-starter for me. It could work for some for sure.Other specs -The cloth band was way too big for my skinny lady wrists, and does not appear to be able to be modified for very skinny wrists. So I removed the cloth band and tried the silicone one. After 45 minutes I finally got the silicone ends on, and then after cutting the end off one side, that band did fit me comfortably. So the bands are not naturally designed for skinnier wrists at all, but the comfortable silicone one can be modified to fit. It was just super hard to get it onto the watch. I needed my pliers (anything like a utensil end or something should work) to push the metal spoke thingy into the hole because my fingers could not.Actually pretty confusing to start up in the app. I had to turn off bluetooth so it would stop being stuck on “synchronising” screen, blocking access to getting into the app. So I turned off bluetooth to get into the app and “unbind”, then I was able to find my device. So, don’t give up if starting it is challenging. It periodically blinks a green or red light, which is usually not invasive on the eyeballs because that part is flat againt the wrist, but at the wrong angle while in bed with the lights out, it can be really disturbingly bright. There are a lot of interesting stats which my interest would piggyback onto if the sleep thing worked.
