Great Customer Service Setting Up Replacement Pad
Great product that helps to know when someone with dementia wakes up and moves around. I did call customer service to assist with connecting to the remote receiver and within a few minutes the pad was set up and ready to use.

Reliable product
It is an expensive item but it works mostly as described. It was supposed to work for 1 year and it made it 11 months. Then you buy another math for $70. All in all, it’s worth it to keep my wife safe.

Replacement
This pad was a replacement for my original purchase, which was great. It worked well for my needs, so I repurchased it. Upon receiving it, I had some trouble setting up the replacement (totally my fault), and the customer service was the BEST I have ever received! Great company and a great product!

Having a parent with dementia is very stressful especially at night when they tend to get out of bed. Having the Smart cordless sensor bed pad gives the caregiver the peace of mine if the alarm goes off. Safety is the number one reason I purchased the Smart cordless sensor bad. The only con is the life of the pad only lasts roughly a year. It is still well worth buying a replacement pad.
