It looks nice and in theory is cool, but it does a bad job at the smarts. Heart rate during exercise is way off and the math on time, distance, and speed is super wrong. Is you want a fitness or sleep tracker, this is not the ring for you. I’d you want a nice looking ring, this works.It fits well / is a little tight, which seems like it should be helpful for data. I’m not sure why it has such great reviews. This is my first smart ring and I don’t expect to ever count on it for useful data.
