Health Monitor in a ring
I love the tracking features for blood pressure, steps, and sleep. With all features in use, the battery lasts about 3.5 days. It gives a low-battery notification (though not repeatedly) and also notifies when it’s fully charged. Charging is quick, and I keep a backup for when it’s plugged in. Overall, this is my favorite device, and I’d definitely buy it again

No way to get the app
I was excited to get my ring. But there was no way I could download the app. Without the app you can’t set up the ring. I searched ECTRI in the app store and nothing by that name shows up. I then scanned the barcode ant it took me to a website which I had to translate to English. There was still no wat to get the app. So I returned it.

Nothing short of AMAZING!!!
This ring is nothing short of AMAZING! The ring features your blood pressure, weight, STRESS level, blood oxygen level, and sleep during the night before with an app that has a record of all of these! It also tracks the number of steps taken along with how many calories you have burnt. Has exercise tracking for running, treadmill, cycling, and much more. It keeps an ongoing record of what has been recorded over a day, week, month, and year.After downloading the app and doing a simple registration the ring is all ready to go. So easy to use that anyone from ages of 7 to 80 years old should have NO problem using the ring. Easy to determine when to charge the ring. I can’t find anything bad about this ring.I have found what I will be getting for all my family members.Pictured is just a little snapshot of what your new ring will track!!!

Stopped working and no way to reset. Save your money. 😬🥴😵💫😤🤬
Stopped working after 10 days, re-download the app… unable to get it in english or Spanish, just Chinese or Japanese…No way to reset 😕 I did like it but my son also ordered one and the same problem…Really liked the ring…. but is not worth the frustration at all.

Not quite as accurate as Fitbit
I followed all of the directions, charging the device as soon as I unpacked it. It charged fairly quickly, in less than 30 minutes! I scanned the QR code and downloaded the ECTRi app. So far so good. I presently wearing it alongside my Fitbit to test the accuracy and reliability. The heart rate, steps, and sleep are very close in range. My only complaints- and the reason for the 4 stars – is the Activity ring. I recently worked out for 2 hours straight (strength training class followed by Zumba) and the ring only recorded my steps, giving me little credit for activity! Also, it randomly lights up and the tiny manual and app were of no help. I finally figured out that it flashes when I awake and randomly shows me my health stats throughout the day- heart rate, number of sleep hours, steps, etc. As I get used to it and it learns my habits, my rating may increase but the lack of clear documentation is a drawback.

This thing is freakin amazing!! I lost my wedding band a while back and needed a new one, this is wayyyyy better than any band!! Super easy to set up on iPhone, all the features are insane, heart rate, blood oxygen, steps, and list goes on and on, the functions are endless!! Good weight, not to heavy and not cheaply made either!! You definitely want to sleep with this on… it gauges sleep quality precisely!!! Definitely a win for Amazon and a bigger win for whoever gets one!!

Worthless, no app for USA users
No safe or secure ECTI app available from Apple or Google Play. Makes the smart ring worthless. “The ECTRI app for Android, also known as ECTRI Smartwatch App or Smart Ring App, is a companion application for health and fitness trackers but was removed from the Google Play Store on September 19, 2025.”
