sizing is very important
This gets 5 stars since it does what it says and costs only $20 at the time of writing. However, I’d be hard pressed to spend more than that. The ring is nice looking and the presentation in the small carry/charge case is very nice, much better than I’d expected at this price. However the ring itself is far too thick for me; it would need to be a nearly EXACT size fit to be comfortable. This one is also a bit large; to the point I can’t actually wear it. It pushes against my other fingers.The app is OK; it works pretty well. Step tracking works very well, as good as my much more expensive watch. Heartrate is hit or miss, but that’s probably because it’s too big for me. Battery appears to last a long time.I may try to get the next size down of this ring and give it another shot. If you have bigger hands I think this is probably a good option; if your hands are small or medium sized you’re going to want to be sure to get very specific with sizing.

Beautiful and functional!
The sizing kit was good,I wore it for about 2 days.I wore it to the beach,I slept with it on,clean the house and did my normal day-to-day activities without any issues.It give you a wide range of different sizes to best fit which finger you would like to use it on.I wear it everyday now and can say I mostly enjoy it.I like knowing how I slept the night before and keeping track of my steps here and there.and the same time,it also can track my heart rate,blood pressure,blood oxygen,and calories.it really lightweight and no app fees.I will recommend it.

Great Ring and Work Well
This smart ring has completely exceeded my expectations.The continuous health monitoring is incredibly accurate—I love that it automatically tracks heart rate,blood oxygen,and even blood pressure throughout the day.It’s lightweight,comfortable,and the waterproof feature means I never have to take it off,whether I’m at the gym,swimming,or just going about my day.The ring has a really good battery life and it doesn’t take long to charge it either.It’s gradually replacing my smartwatch.
