Good quality
I absolutely love this smart ring! It’s sleek, lightweight, and very comfortable to wear all day. The design is elegant and looks just like a regular ring, but it’s packed with so many smart features. The health tracking is accurate, especially for heart rate and sleep monitoring. The battery lasts several days on a single charge, which is really convenient. I also like how easy it is to sync with my phone and check my daily stats. Overall, it’s stylish, practical, and reliable — definitely worth every penny

Good quality, no doubt for the looks
I got this smart ring, charged it up, and gave it a test yesterday. It works really well! The fit is comfortable, and it feels like a quality product. The case does feel a little cheap, but it’s really just for charging on the go, so no big deal. The charging cord that connects directly to the ring is compact and not bulky at all. It’s super comfy to wear all day, and I love that it tracks sleep, blood pressure, and oxygen without the need for a bulky watch. Setting up the app was a breeze, and I started tracking right away. The ring itself is comfy and stylish. The setup was quick, and it connects seamlessly with the app. It gives accurate readings for heart rate, sleep, and activity tracking. The battery lasts about three days on a single charge, which is pretty convenient. For the price, this is a great value, especially if you’re looking for a modern way to monitor your health. The app could use some improvement, but it still gets the job done. I compared the readings from the ring with my smart watch, and the heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep results were really close. For the price, this is a solid health-tracking device—way cheaper than the major brand ring! I even added some stacking rings for a bit of style when I want to dress it up. I’d definitely recommend this ring; it’s affordable and offers great quality for what you pay.

This ring has provided me with a wealth of health data in the most effortless way possible.
After hearing so much about smart rings and their ability to track health metrics, I was really curious to see if one could fit into my life better than a smartwatch. The EOGBM Smart Health Ring seemed like a perfect entry point, especially with its comprehensive features and no subscription fee. I’ve been wearing the Rose Gold, 9# size for a few weeks now, and it’s become a seamless part of my daily routine. Unlike a bulky smartwatch, this ring is sleek and lightweight. The Rose Gold color is stylish and subtle, and the size 9 fits my finger perfectly. I wear it 24/7 without even thinking about it, which is the whole point. This allows it to capture a more complete picture of my health. The key health tracking features have been incredibly insightful. The heart rate and blood oxygen (SpO2) monitoring give me a constant stream of data, which is great for seeing my resting heart rate trends. But the real game-changer for me has been the sleep monitor. It provides detailed breakdowns of my sleep stages—deep, light, and REM—giving me a much better understanding of my sleep quality. I can now see correlations between my sleep and things like caffeine intake or my exercise routine. The step and calorie tracking are also handy for my daily activity goals.

I liked the app features
I really liked this ring for heart rate. I could set every minute. Reason for 1 star. 1st ring did not charge well took 6hrs 1st charge. I had to keep checking app for charge %. Tried charging second time, complete fail. Returned and was sent a new one. Charged well working great. 2nd charge complete fail. Said it was charged. Kept disconnecting from bluetooth had to put on charger to connect. Would disconnect again. In a matter of a couple of hours and and many disconnects battery was dead. Complete fail

So Far So Good
This is my second smart ring. The first one (a different seller) didn’t last 3 weeks. It is not really rose gold – it is a satiny, brassy gold tone but still nice. The app seems better than the first ring I tried. It does get VERY HOT while charging. Also I can’t find any explanation on why the red or green indicators flash for no reason I can see. I thought it may be a low battery warning but the app said the battery was at 70% so that doesn’t match. At this point, I can recommend but that could change if this ring does like the first one. This is at a good price point for trying the technology.
