Get Smart With A Rmana Smart Ring
I have been interested in getting a Smart Ring to track my health vitals for quite a while, however, I hadn’t found one that was affordable, tracked a lot of data of interest to me, and came without a yearly membership fee. That is until recently when I found the Smart Ring from Rmana.If you don’t know your ring size, The Rmana Smart Ring has a ring sizing kit you can purchase at a reasonable cost, which is what I did, so you can order the correct Rmana Smart Ring for you. I wore the ring sizer for a couple of days as recommended and settled on a ring size best for me.When my new Smart Ring arrived, I browsed through the material on how it works, and the first step was to charge the new ring. It came equipped with a USB cable that plugs into my PC and it charged in about an hour.The next step was to download and install the health App from Ectri that is available for IOS and Android. After filling in basic information such as name, age, height, weight, and gender on the Ectri App, I proceeded to pair the Smart Ring with the App using Bluetooth.My next step was to start wearing the Smart Ring and go about my life as usual. The Smart Ring tracks many health variables such as Heart rate, Sleep, Blood pressure, Blood oxygen, Stress, Steps, Standing Activities, Activity energy and my favorite, Stress. It takes just over a week before you start seeing all the items mentioned, as the collection of data takes time. The Smart Ring also has a Sports feature that allows you to set goals and track various physical activities like indoor Cycling, Bike riding, Treadmill, running and many more.All things considered, the Smart Ring from Rmana is, as mentioned earlier, affordable if you’re on a budget, lightweight, water resistant and attractive to wear. I can certainly recommend the Smart Ring from Rmana if you’re looking to track your health and stress level daily.

This great smart ring arrived promptly! Along with the ring, it comes with a charging case and 2 cables: one to be attach to the ring and another to attach it to the case. After installing the app on my iPhone, I charged the ring to have it ready to go. The app needs to be customized to fully take advantage of the abilities of this smart ring – personal information to get started so you can track progress. Be sure to download the manual so you will know just what to do!I’ve been wearing the ring for about a week now and must say that I am very happy with the information tracked and provided – as well as the fact that the ring really just looks plain nice! Your steps, sleep, blood pressure, heart rate, and a few other details are tracked in the app.NOTE- it should be obvious, but, you do need to know your ring size when placing your order. There are sizing kits available or you can find some methods of measurement online.So far, I am quite pleased with this purchase. The data seems to be accurate and, again, it just looks good!

I love the color of it I got rose gold. Instructions are clear on how to use. Comes with everything that you need to charge the ring. Long battery life, just as described, & its not bulky either super light. I recommend this for anyone that enjoys to keep up with health. Great to gift as well.
