Sizing wrong and return frustrating!
The size chart is confusing and I found incorrect. Shipping was very delayed. I ordered 2 for gifts and neither fit. While waiting for the second to arrive, it was a size larger, the first, this one, missed the return deadline.I made the return for the second but when I was done it said I had 30 days to ship back for an exchange for a larger size. The next day I got an email saying I didn’t get it returned in time and would be charged for a 3rd ring.I’m not sure if it’s Amazon or this seller but it’s very frustrating. I’ve spent nearly a hour and a half either talking to Rufus or an actual human. I thought RC got me taken care of but I never received a confirmation email. Pretty disappointing and in the end I never hot to use either to know how it works. Luckily I didn’t spend hundreds per ring.

Acceptable for price
I ordered the ring in black in 12/24. The black came off after the second week but the ring always stayed connected to phone app and provided somewhat accurate numbers. As of today 8/25 the rings inner lining has come out and the ring itself has become soft and pliable. Not great but acceptable for the price. I have ordered another ring from another company.

Sleep mode not detailed enough on the time of sleep and awake
The sleep mode doesn’t tell you when I woke up during the night, it’s great that it tells me that I have deep sleep but I’d like to know more. Personal preference.
