Great sleep tracker
I really like this ring. It needs tobe charged about twice a week but that doesn’t take very long. The information seems to be pretty accurate. The sleep tracker is my favorite feature. Great product for the money. I’m not ready to pay several hundred dollars for a tracking ring.

Inaccurate and Unreliable – Not Worth the Money
This ring is disappointing and not worth the money. It doesn’t stay connected, and when it does, the data is inaccurate. The only function that works somewhat reliably is blood pressure tracking. Step counting and activity tracking are way off. Overall, it doesn’t come close to delivering what’s advertised. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Check the sizing
I love the idea of tracking the sleep without having to wear a smart watch during the night, but I got the sizing wrong. I ordered this for my husband and we ordered same ring size he wears for his wedding band, but this was a bit bigger and it is very loose, he could not wear it. We were really excited with all the features, but being this loose you can’t really use it properly. It came in a very nice packaging, and it is beautifully designed.

Serious Smart Ring Health Tracker
I love this rose gold smart ring! No subscription fee is needed, and it works beautifully for activity, sleep, health, and step monitoring. Waterproof and reliable, it gives real-time tracking that keeps me on top of my wellness. Stylish, practical, and so easy to use.

Recommend it!
For the price it works better than expected. I lift weights and 2 days a week xfit, the ring doesn’t bother me. The only concept lacking is it does not notify me when it needs a charge. I have to go to the app and check.

The data ring
I have worn this smart ring daily through hand washing, showers, sleep, and even while playing golf, and it continues to feel indistinguishable from a conventional ring in comfort. In my experience, it handles ordinary exposure to water well—no visible damage or discomfort—so the water-resistance seems adequate for everyday use (not deep diving). The syncing behavior is flexible: you don’t need to have the companion app open constantly. It updates when convenient, which helps conserve battery and avoids constant distractions. If you care about real-time data, you can force a sync, but for most people the automatic intervals suffice. The on demand data viewing through the app takes about 10-15 seconds or so to obtain an updated data point. In terms of its sensing capabilities, it reliably gives you heart rate, step count, and blood pressure (or at least a proxy measurement). The oxygen saturation and sleep tracking functions are present, though with smart rings in general I’d caution against treating those as clinical-grade metrics—they are best taken as estimates or trends. Some marketing on these types of devices may imply medical accuracy or diagnostic power, but in my use I’d treat those more as “wellness signals” than “doctor tools.”Price, comfort and fit are strong points: if you’re used to wearing a ring, this one offers a seamless transition. Because the product doesn’t offer half sizes, I went one size up (I’m 10.5, so I selected 11). It doesn’t slip off, yet I can remove it easily, much like my regular daily ring. If you fall between sizes, opting up is wise to ensure it doesn’t squeeze or restrict. Just keep in mind that looser contact may slightly affect sensor consistency. There are a couple considerations prospective buyers should know. First, while the ring is comfortable and resilient under normal use, the long-term durability of sensors and internal electronics (especially under heavy sweating or high mechanical stress) remains to be seen. Third, any claims of “medical precision” or diagnostic capability should be interpreted cautiously—like most consumer health wearables, it should complement professional medical tools, not replace them.Overall, this ring delivers impressive convenience and lasted up to 3 days before needing charging but that will depend on use. It feels good and seemingly has durability in everyday conditions, and solid basic tracking. For someone who already tolerates wearing a ring, it blends into the background. Just temper expectations around the more advanced metrics, and size carefully.Oh and the ring can be charged with the included cable, or fits into an included ring docking station. If you charge overnight you will miss your sleep data for that night.

Solid little smart watch for incredible price
Okay I didn’t have high expectations for this ring due to the price range, but holy moly. It’s worth a purchase. With the way things are going in the world today, smart rings are supposed to have some kind of subscription service by the end of the year. This one doesn’t — which makes it a great choice for those of us who don’t want to pay to use a wearable daily. Definitely would recommend it. I used their sizing chart and it seems ever so slightly off; the ring was a bit too tight so I had to adjust what finger I wore it on. Keep that in mind — order your size or slightly larger if you don’t want to feel like it’ll be stuck on your finger. It doesn’t get all dinged up and maintains its silver finish. Easy to program, includes a free app that does a decent job of tracking stats for your wellbeing, is comfy to wear (although very wide, so maybe a bit of an adjustment for women unless you’re used to wearing a smart watch). Has a nice little carrying case and comes with a charging cable. Charges quickly, battery life lasts absolutely forever, and doesn’t have an annoying blinking function like smart watches do that can give you a headache (or a seizure, whichever comes first). Would recommend this, especially for the functionality and the price point.
