Pretty good.
Since wearing this smart ring, my life has become much more organized. It accurately monitors my heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen levels, and even records my sleep duration and balance between deep and light sleep, giving me a clearer picture of my health. The ring is small and lightweight, doesn’t interfere with my daily routine, and is comfortable to wear even while sleeping.

Poor battery life and won’t stay paired
This is the 2nd smart ring I have purchased. This one I got after reading reviews and previously returning another brand within a week for battery life not lasting a full day. This one started out strong. Initially, battery life would last a few days but now after having the ring for about a week, it doesn’t even last the full 24 hours or even 12 hours and randomly unpairing multiple times through the day. Way too much money to spend on something that doesn’t work. It’s super cute — I’ve gotten lots of compliments though. I’ll unfortunately be returning it for a refund and back to the search.
