This smart ring is surprisingly way easier to wear than my smart Watch, especially at night.Sleep and stress tracking are surprisingly accurate. My stress level dropped from 45 to 5 after a massage which felt real and accurate.Battery lasts for 5 days, but I do wish it tracked blood pressure too, but everything else works great!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am very impressed with this ring! It fits comfortably on my finger. The data appears to be quite accurate, and I love the boxing. It’s easy to charge and the charge lasts for a long time. I have had several compliments on it, and have recommended this to friends. There is no monthly subscription which to me is a huge plus and the data of this one has is very similar to the ring that does charge a monthly fee.

I accidentally discovered this product and want to give it a try. I have started using it and I am surprised by the quality of the ring itself, as it does not cause any irritation to the skin and feels great. The application interface can definitely be improved, but there are no complaints because it works properly and displays the data collected from the ring. I used a fitness band, but the strap caused skin irritation, so I am looking for something like this. The collected data seems to match my fitness belt, so the ring is accurate. Overall. Impressive

My husband loves it!
My husband loves it; I gave it to him as a gift.He wanted to track his steps, fitness, and health, but he doesn’t like watches, so this was a great alternative for him.The color and design are beautiful; he can wear it daily or even dress it up and wear it on weekends. Easy to connect to his iPhone and easy to connect and manage in the app. We think it is accurate since we have been checking and tracking everything he does.

I got it for myself but my took it from me and he loves it. Great value for the money, comfortable, tracks my steps etc. I take it out in the night, so not sure of sleep tracking feature.
