Waste of time and money
This smart ring is nothing more than a child’s toy. It provides zero useful information. It does not constantly monitor heart rate or oxygen. During the sleep stage, it misses horribly and it does not measure oxygen while sleeping (the whole purpose is got it). Don’t waste your money. You can buy rings anywhere…so an update. Infinally figured out how to get the thing to monitor heart rate and oxygen. Firstly, it dies not come even close to measuring up to the exact same measurements from my samsung watch. Second, and most importantly, measurements have been taken for the past 15 hours and I HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN WEARING THE RING!!! So, I’ll say it a million times…DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS STUPID RING.

The firmware will not update on this item. I turned off the phone and turned back on and reconnected the device, but firmware still will not update

Doesn’t track steps accurately
Sizing was accurate and the product looks nice. Heart rate and blood oxygen tracking works well. However the step data is way off. It records every hand motion as a step. I sat and did hand sewing for an hour and somehow logged over 5000 steps! It also recorded thousands of steps during the first hour of sleeping (I am not a sleepwalker!). Will likely return product due to this. The app is clunky and obviously written by a non-English speaking person. Example: non sleeping times (awake) are listed as “sober.”
