Great Bargain!
The ring may have to be charged a little sooner than expected, but I do get 2 days out of a charge. It’s great being able to see some of the numbers right on the ring and not having to go to the app every time you want to see what your numbers are. The price is a real bargain compared to some other health rings, and there are no subscription fees.

Way off on steps and battery life too short
Don’t get this one. The display comes on intermittently it seems like whenever it feels like it which drains the battery way too fast. It also gives you way too many steps. I wore it one day while I was taking a shower and granted and I do have a walk-in shower. However it told me I had gone 500 steps while I was in the shower and my shower is not that big. It was kind of funny up until then because I thought wow I am really getting in some steps these days. I guess I should have known better. At this juncture I have misplaced it somewhere in the house it is probably on the floor underneath a piece of furniture because I have cats. But anyway I can’t find it and the only way to find it is to hope that the battery is charged and try to locate it with the app which the only thing it does is light up it doesn’t make any noise. Another thing that I did not like about it was the fact that when I wore it in the shower the display lit up anytime there was warm water falling on it. The same thing happened if i washed dishes while wearing it. So no I would not recommend this one I have no idea if the sleep data was accurate or not. I tried wearing an old fitness band at the same time to test both the steps and the sleep tracking and neither one was all that good. The only reason I gave it three stars is because people said it was pretty. I would probably have been better off getting one that was half the price since they probably all work about the same as far as the steps in the sleep go and that’s all I wanted it for step counting and sleep tracking. I always felt like I slept better than it said I did so now I wear nothing and I’m happier for it.

You need a backup battery for the ring. 🪫
The pairing app is Chinese; the battery life is horrible. I’ve had it for two days and I’ve had to charge it 4 times. It’s currently dead again. It only tracks your sleep pattern during certain hours so, if you work overnights (like me) and sleep during the day, it will not track your sleep. The design looks nice but the LCD screen drains the battery very quickly. I would NOT recommend.

Wouldn’t connect to iPhone or iPad
