So You Have ALS, What Now?: A Bite Sized Informal Guide

This booklet is intended as an informal guide to a very serious and scary disease, ALS, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. It is not a reference for medical purposes, and is based solely on the experience of the author. At the initial outset, after diagnosis, it is overwhelming to digest all the information available. I have taken the liberty to create this very brief and irreverent glimpse into this very fatal condition. I find that honest, yet humerus, dialogue is most well received. ALS is a devastating diagnosis, I should know, having been diagnosed October of 2015. My hope is that this bite sized guide helps you and your family and friends understand what is to come.
