Very comfortable
I find this belt to be much more flexible and comfortable than the ones given to me at my dialysis clinic. It holds the catheter securely enough to sleep without worrying about it sliding out.

Using this for a PEG tube
This belt has been perfect for our needs—it holds the tube in place just where it needs to be and keeps it from hanging down below his clothing. My worry about the tube getting caught in his shorts has been allayed because this belt holds it firmly in place. I had tried one of the pouch-style belts and found that he moved around too much and the belt would slide and put a lot of tension on his tube, also, the fitting is a bit bulky for that type of pouch.
