These ice/heat packs are great. Perfect size for my lower back, convenient cover and great price. I’m so happy I got these and I like you can use them for both heat and ice. They are working perfectly for me.

It has its purpose
Used these in my ice machine to keep water cold. Worked good but didn’t stay cold very long which was d I disappointing. They do work much better keeping food cold in my lunchbox.

The packs weren’t exactly what I expected. They get very cold, but don’t freeze. I had knee replacement surgery and needed them to keep my knee cooled. They worked, so I am still pleased with the purchase.

Quality ice packs!
I love these gel ice packs for lunches and injuries. These gel filled packs are high quality and offer flexible and comfortable icing or heating. These packs are perfect size for small injuries or putting in the bottom of a lunchbox. Definitely recommend!

It works pretty good, I use it to go to sleep actually cause it’s hot where I live. Bought without their mesh thing and I just use a thin towel to wrap it (as it does condense on the outside) and sleep on it as my pillowLife changer

So wonderful. I highly recommend for those of us who suffer from frequent headaches.First I bought one, and loved it so much I bought a second. I use them on the back of my neck, and my forehead when I have a headache. They make way more of a difference than you would think! They Velcro on, so it doesn’t matter how you move around; they stay put.Then I bought another pair, so I could have both on at the same time, and still have the other pair chilling in the freezer.

I broke my ankle and got this one first. It was great but I needed more because the nerve damage went from upper ankle to all down my foot. I went with the other strap ice packs this company offers that comes in a two pack so now I have three but I prefer the quality of the two pack as they are slightly different. The upside of this particular model is that it comes with a fabric cover that has straps attached and the (included) ice pack inserts into it, as opposed to the others that have the straps attached right to the ice pack itself and no fabric covers. I guess it depends what you are looking for but I don’t regret buying all three and regardless of which you go with, the straps are a brilliant addition for injuries.

Light weight I can wear it around the house. It is a bit itchy and hard to use one handed but otherwise a good purchase.

A month ago I hyperextended my knee and icing it to reduce inflammation and swelling has been so easy with this product. I love how stretchy the strap is to adjust the tightness on it and making it versatile enough to use on various parts of the body. We now have two of these, we love them so much! One we keep in the freezer for icing purposes and the other we keep out to use in the microwave for when we need a warm wrap. I highly recommend this product!
