    ADHD moms will thank me!
I love these things. As a mom with ADHD, I was picking my hands during any stationary moment. To the point they would bleed because I fidgeted that much with them; this has saved my hands. I keep one at home & one in my purse. They’re excellent quality, they 100% work for their intended purpose and they’re fun to play with. Super light weight too and their acupuncture feature is great. Great value for your money!

I want to love this, and if it was, Better made, I would love it
My daughter actually loves these, I just wish they were made better. She played with it all day Sunday, no problems. I sent it into School at her teacher’s request to try to get her to stim in a manner that won’t cause self and it broke the first day. I would definitely buy this again if they were made better it’s an amazing idea. It’s just the executions a bit flawed. And for the record, my daughter really isn’t hard on her toys at all. She’s pretty gentle with them.

Good as a Pain Stim, but Poorly Secured
This spinner works surprisingly well as a pain stim. The ball bearing in the center is smooth, and the top spins on its own for quite a while before stopping, which is really satisfying. In that sense, it definitely delivers. The downside is the construction. Nothing is glued or secured together, so if you turn it upside down, the top simply falls off. Because of that, it’s definitely not safe for kids — the pieces could easily come apart. There’s a reason this product is marketed for adults only.Overall, it functions well for its intended purpose, but the lack of secure assembly is a big drawback. Handle with care, and don’t expect a sturdy, kid-friendly fidget toy.

    Pain stim!!
I work at a school for kids with trauma based mental health diagnoses, and they are constantly looking for fidgets and ways of stimming. This product combined the best of both worlds and is perfect to relieve that pain stim desire and fidgetyness.

    Excellent fidget
Bought for my son to use and he loves it. School approved use while in the building so no issues there.

When I saw an ad for these I thought they’d be great for exactly what it’s advertised as safe self harm. I’m very happy with my purchase. So much relief!

    Not the best/not the worst
The top spinners came right off and already lost one of the tops. The gears aren’t very smooth either.

    Works great but needs improvement
This was surprisingly a good fidget toy. It really stimulates the palm as it is all tiny spikes. They “hurt” but are not to the point that it is necessarily painful. The one thing that I have noticed after playing with it is that the spinner top is not very secure on the bottom. One is constantly falling off now every time it is upside down. This is no good as you could lose the spinner part completely.Recommended with reservations.
