    Great for tight calves
    I got this mostly because I have chronically tight calves and oh man is the stretch real! Super sturdy but light material makes it easy to move around and store. Getting a wedge is great and this one is perfect for my needs

    Comfortable while providing gentle stretch
    This wedge block is a comfortable dense foam, and seems durable. It is textured to provide some traction, and the bottom has pads to prevent it from sliding around. It’s about 27″ long, 2.75″ tall, and 9.5″ deep. Because it’s black it shows dirt and dust more easily. It’s great for stretching out your calves or hamstrings, and for doing exercises required for rehab. Would recommend.

    Not kitten proof 🙁 but otherwise a nice item
    Nice item, works well. But although it looks like it’s made from some solid material, you might want to know that its outer/upper surface is some sort of fabric. Resident kitten had that fabric shredded within 20 minutes. Looks super ugly, sadly — but fortunately it’s going to live in a basement where almost no one will see it but me.

    Elevate your squat game
    This elevates the game when it comes to squatting. This wedge deepens the squat and improves results especially if two feet on the ground are easy for you. Very durable and long and wide. I use it for lifting weights and never feel like I’m going to fall backwards.

    Durable Non Slip Foam
    Perfect for lifting. Stability is good and the foam seems sturdy. No complaints here! Design is good for grip. Lifted with it at the gym a few times without issue, the rubber pads at the bottom are good for non slip.
