I can get up my front porch steps now!
I can get up my front porch steps now! Definitely get the larger size if you lead with one foot over the other…it allows both feet on the platform. I’m not well enough yet to try going up and down the 13 steps to the laundry room, but I can do the 5 steps going into and out of my house. The handle is a bit wobbly, but not a problem.

Excellent. With Wide Step Too
Developed a sudden muscular issue and could not climb steps at all. This is excellent. It cuts the height so I can manage with confidence.

I will be returning this item. The handel won’t stay in place it turns all the time. It does not feel sterdy it is very wobbles. It a great idea it makes it much easier to climb the steps, despite all those flaws. The material feels strong and the weight is heave a pro and con. I gave it 2 stars for it feels unsafe.

This is my second one. First one broke at the welds after less than a year. Handle loose again on new one after one use. Crappy design and unsafe.

I have a bad hip and cannot easily lift my leg. The half step did not look like it would actually make a difference when I first got it, but it works! The handle is a little wobbly, but the step itself is sturdy. A great product.

I needed a stair cane for my mom. She has used them in the past and I was really looking forward to having a longer platform for her to stand on. The problem is that unfortunately item D (black twist button) was not in the box. Therefore, it’s no longer a safe and secure step. This would be really great if it came with all the pieces.

Bought this cane for when my Mom comes to the house. We have a split level and there are 5 steps to the kitchen and dining room area. She uses a walker and has trouble lifting her leg high enough to go up our stairs. Using this cane to assist her, there is just enough height that she can now go up and down the stairs. This is especially important since we host Christmas, Easter, and Thanks Giving. Assembly was easy.

The 12 inch step is a little too big for me but overall it does what it is intended to. Takes some practice to ensure safety as all new mobility aids require. Very sturdy and well made but I had to ask someone to put it together as it was much too hard for me because the pole that must be inserted into the half stepwas to hard to insert.
