Hot thumb
I got these because I have pain in my thumb and I know heat helps it so I figured let’s give these a try. These felt really nice for my thumb and the heat on all my fingers felt really nice too. They did cool down pretty quickly unfortunately and I had to pop em back in the microwave. The listing says they are 5 different sizes. I wish they were labeled because I did have some difficulty putting some of them on, especially with one hand, and wondered if I was putting the wrong one on the wrong finger. They recommend 10 secs in the microwave to start off and I have to say I might recommend 5 secs. 10 secs was definitely a bit too hot to put on my fingers, which was kind of annoying considering they also cooled down quickly as well. This might be more a problem with my microwave tho than an issue with the product itself.

Strive Finger Sleeve Ice Pack Wrap: Relief for achy fingers
This is a review of Strive Finger Sleeve Ice Pack Wrap.I use these wraps for joint swelling and discomfort. These gel packed wraps are very handy since I can wear them and still use my fingers. These can be used hot or cold, but I could only use them for a short while for either of these scenarios. 20 minutes at a time. These wraps give me the cooling feeling just by wearing them “as is”, without freezing or heating them up, and that’s how I prefer to use these wraps for daily uses. The package includes 5 wraps of different size and length. (See pic.)The product came without any instructions, so I had to ask Amazon AI about the instructions for cold & hot therapy. I wish these instructions were included in the package, thus the minus one star. I’m going to attache the AI instructions to my review.

Overall, excellent quality, easy to use, and works exactly as described
I’m impressed with the Strive Finger Sleeve Ice Pack Wrap! It’s a well-designed product that provides great relief and support for sore or injured fingers. The quality is excellent and the materials feel durable yet soft against the skin, and the stitching is solid. It’s clear that attention went into making this wrap both comfortable and long-lasting. What I really like is how versatile it is and it works for both hot and cold therapy, which makes it perfect for everything from swelling and pain relief to stiffness or recovery after sports. The sleeve design keeps the ice pack perfectly in place without having to constantly adjust it, and it fits snugly without cutting off circulation. It’s also a great value for the price. Comparable products cost more but don’t offer the same level of comfort or effectiveness. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with arthritis, or just need to soothe a jammed finger, this wrap is a must-have.Overall, excellent quality, easy to use, and works exactly as described.

Nice relief, rotate for best use
I picked up this 5-pack of finger sleeve ice wraps because I wanted a simple way to soothe my sore fingers after typing all day. I liked that each sleeve fits snugly and gives gentle compression while keeping the ice pack in place. It’s really convenient to be able to use hot or cold therapy depending on what I need, and the fabric feels soft and comfortable against my skin. Having five sleeves is nice because I can rotate them between fingers or even swap them out from the freezer to keep going for almost an hour. The only thing is that each sleeve only stays very cold for about 10 minutes, which is shorter than I expected. But with the rotation, it’s not a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone needing quick, targeted finger relief.

Much nicer than expected!
These hot/cold finger sleeves are so nice! You can microwave them, or place them in the freezer. I’m thinking of getting a second set, so I can keep one in the freezer all the time. The sleeves you get are sized, three large fingers, one slightly slimmer little finger, and a shorter thumb. If your fingers don’t fit that average, you may need to treat a single finger at a time. I’ve got osteoarthritis in three of my fingers, and one has a severe, swollen bend to it. I was a little worried, but the sleeve has enough give that it was able to fit right on without any discomfort.I wish they included a little better of a bag to store, and freeze them in, but otherwise I’m very pleased with these finger sleeves, and definitely recommend them to others with arthritis.
I have opinions –
great idea for finger pain
The thing about getting older is, random body parts will just randomly start to hurt. Like fingers – not the whole hand, mind you, just this or that finger. And you don’t want to have to ice your entire hand (well, I don’t, I *hate* being cold!) but you do want it to stop hurting.Well. Whoever thought of these gets a medal from me. There are (duh) 5 and they’re sized for all the fingers. They’re lightweight and come in their own little bag, which you can easily toss into the freezer to get them cold. You can, apparently, also heat them in the microwave, should you need heat instead of cold. The regular cost of under $20 isn’t bad, IMO, as I write this there’s a special deal going on so grab yourself a set or two now and thank me later!NOTE: I occasionally review items based on my impressions after an initial use; all reviews are subject to later update based on any subsequent significant changes/differences.

Perfect for minor burns or finger injury
These finger sleeve ice pack wraps are super convenient for soothing finger pain or minor injuries. The sleeves provide flexible compression while holding the ice or heat packs in place, which makes them comfortable to wear for extended periods.I like that they’re adjustable and snug without being too tight, and the material is soft against the skin. They’re perfect for relief from swelling, soreness, or recovery after minor strains, and the 5-pack is great if you need multiple fingers or want spares. The wraps are easy to use with either hot or cold therapy, and they stay in place well, even if you move your hand around. Overall, these are practical, comfortable, and effective little wraps for finger recovery — a great addition to any first-aid or recovery kit.
