Thank you! I delivered twins six months ago and developed wrist tendinitis / “mommy’s wrist” from all of the picking up. I have no extra time to carry around an ice pack or bag of frozen peas. These are perfect for my wrist, very soothing and stay cold. Great product!

Best purchase for my RA and Fibro
I have RA and Fibromyalgia, so I’m in pain and get a got of swelling in my feet. These are good durable material that stays cold and works well to help with pain and swelling. I bought two small ones (4 total one for each foot/hand). Will be trying the larger ones for my knees.

But this as a gift for my granny, she loves the support it adds to her wrist and even her elbows. I tried it on and it does have a nice cooling effect along with the compression 🙂 she tried putting it in the freezer and said it was way too cold for her.

Soft and effective
These are wonderful. They’re soft, slide right on and give immediate relief. I put mine in the refrigerator as I felt the freezer was a little too cold. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and after work at my physical job, I slide these on. I am definitely pleased with my purchase.

Wrist Ice Pack Wrap
I purchased these wraps because they were recommended by a friend and I’m happy with my purchase. I have a wrist issue post surgery and need to ice it after heavy use. Though they do not stay cold for more than about 10-15 minutes there are two so I rotate them and it gives me the ‘icing’ time I need to keep swelling down. I plan to buy another set as they work well, size and thickness are an excellent fit for my female wrist.
