Some of my diabetic supplies kept falling out of the pockets. It did keep my insulin cold.

Bigger than I expected!
Bigger than I expected but just a smidge too small for my “extras”. In other words, it’s big enough for what I needed but with all my extras, it’s a bit tight. All in all I’m quite happy. (I’m carrying two insulin syringes with cases on them, and my extra needles. I was thinking of carrying my daily oral med tray in there too but that makes it too tight.)

Good Quality!I use it for my Dog’s Diabetic supplies 💕** the red Dog paw patch is NOT included .. that was a separate purchase **I took out the extra pocket insert attached with Velcro (I just didn’t need it) it DOES come with the Black Flag and USA patches , and the small freeze packs
