    Prevention + More Understanding = Relief
    Incredibly happy with my purchase of Dr. John Whytes Newest book, “Take Control Of Your heart Disease Risk”. I know that there is a chance in my family for heart disease so this is something I need to be well informed about and of, so I can make better decisions NOW! The quizzes personal throughout have made the content even more engaging and also sheds a “human light” on things. I often struggle with dry reading and this IS NOT the case with this book. AN absolute gem!!

    I have a risk for heart attack due to family history. It’s comforting to know there are things I can do now to change that. I have been following the plans in the book and am lowering my blood pressure through diet and exercise. Thank you Dr. Whyte.

    Glad to see the discussion around depression and heart disease. I really wasn’t aware of it and it makes sense. Loved the meal plans since it told me exactly what I needed to do. The meal plans were realistic in preparation and costs.Long time follower of Dr. John Whyte!

    As a position, this is one of the best resources for individuals that are concerned with their overall health and also their heart disease risk. Dr Whyte in my opinion covers all the basis, including diet, exercise, supplements, medications, and questions to ask your physician. He also details, meal plans, and exercise regiment. Another topic he gives an analysis of is the effect of mental health on cardiac health. Highly recommended.!!

    “Heartfelt” & Very Informative Book for All Audiences
    Fantastic and informative book! As a public health professional, I loved that it can appeal to range of audiences. Dr. Whyte provides practical tips and behavior changes in a “heartfelt” (pun intended) manner to lower your risk of heart disease. I know many folks will enjoy the meal and exercise plans because I get asked often from friends and family. This book helps empower us to make the healthy(ier) choice, the easy(ier) choice. Hope Dr. Whyte publishes more!

    A crucial topic eloquently written with action steps!
    Dr. Whyte makes the important topic of Heart Disease easy to understand. Not only does he breakdown the importance of Heart Disease prevention, he gives actionable steps we can all take now to mitigate our risk. We may not always think about our heart, but it’s always working to keep us alive. This book is an important reminder that to function optimally we need to take care of our most precious organs.
