    Affordable and works great
Obviously, there are better keyboards out there for another zero or so for the price tag. This one works extremely well, and for the price you pay, you can’t beat it. Does not have a clicky sound when you press the button so great when your trying to keep it down.

TECKNET Wired RGB Gaming Keyboard – 26-Key Anti-Ghosting, 13 Lighting Modes
At this price category this keyboard is excellent! This is NOT a mechanical keyboard and if you are looking for “clicky” keys this is not the one for you. This is a traditional membrane type keyboard evident when you take it apart the buttons are much more silent, and more of a soft rubber feel then a type writer strike. The LED lights are adjustable with a few patterns and speeds and is more than enough customization to distract you a bit before you get back to gaming. Overall an excellent alternative to more established brands that cost an arm and a leg while not compromising in overall quality and durability. I highly recommend this as an excellent alternative in terms of quality and value to more expensive options that cost way more.

My Son Absolutely Loves This Gaming Keyboard!
This keyboard has been a fantastic addition to my son’s gaming setup. The customizable RGB lighting with 13 colors and multiple brightness and speed settings really enhances his gaming atmosphere and keeps things exciting. The ergonomic design, including the built-in wrist rest and adjustable angles, helps him stay comfortable during long gaming sessions. The membrane technology offers smooth, precise key responses, and the 26-key anti-conflict feature means no missed commands even during intense gameplay. The waterproof design with triple drainage holes gives peace of mind against spills, which is great for a busy gamer, especially one who spills a lot.Setup was a breeze thanks to its plug-and-play compatibility with multiple operating systems. Overall, this keyboard combines style, comfort, and reliable performance—perfect for both gaming and everyday use!

    Works, albeit annoyingly
So, I have this keyboard hooked up to an Apple computer and the fact that you only have one command key to work with is super irritating, especially for simple things like Printing. Probably good for a gaming den and not so much a work office, but really only if you use Macs and must have that second command key. That issue aside, the keyboard seems to work well enough. Lots f lights which is nice. I’ve killed a few keyboards in my day via liquid damage, so I’m excited to inadvertently test out the membrane and drain holes.

    Colorful and Comfortable Gaming Keyboard
This wired RGB gaming keyboard is fun to use with its 13 lighting modes that add a cool look to my setup. The wrist rest makes it comfortable for long sessions, and the phone holder is a handy extra. The keys respond well with no ghosting issues, and the spill-resistant design adds peace of mind. It’s a good choice for both gaming and everyday use.

    Great gaming keyboard!
I like this keyboard. The buttons are extremely silent, and even though it took some getting use to, It is pretty nice. A must have for late night gamers that do not want to disturb others. You can cycle through various lighting modes as well, so you can customize the color scheme of your setup and choose between solid lighting or pulsating. Goes really well with a redragon gaming mouse!

Cons. Lets get the cons out of the way first:While I cannot provide many cons, i can name a few; the keyboard does not come with any software such as for re-configuring keys as it is advertised as a simple plug and play style keyboard, the warranty claiming process is a bit confusing as the keyboard model (X704) is not listed on the website drop down menu as of May 2020, the keyboard also incorporates a left backslash key, which unless you are a programmer, is of no use and could better be used to extend the left shift. However, this can easily be reconfigured using Keytweak.ProsIf you really want to make someone happy, buy this keyboard for them as a birthday gift. The keyboard has macro, volume and media keys, 2 different keyboard modes, and an LED backlight controller. Aside from the immense convenient practicality of the buttons located on the keyboard, it looks, sounds, and feels phenomenal. The keys appear to be 3D printed and are also curved to give a comfortable feel on the fingers, they are made with premium quality ABS and they each have a stylized COD MW2 reminiscent font engraved onto each key. The keyboard also allows you to swap the WASD keys with the Arrow keys in case if some games require that you use arrow keys instead. The 4 different macros will come in very useful in certain games where repeated and precise movements are necessary. The LEDs have a single colour breathing function, a multicolour breathing function, and a constant colour of which the brightness can be adjusted. The LEDs are also of superb quality and are quite bright at the highest level, they can be adjusted in intervals of +10% for 0% to 100%. Don’t feel put off by the fact that it is made in China. This keyboard is certainly an exception to the rule that all things made in China are of terrible quality, it is undoubtedly the complete opposite in this rare scenario. Lastly, the price tag is excellent at only 17 pounds for a cheap, reliable and sleek gaming keyboard. I did my homework, and it certainly paid off.Verdict? If you are on a budget, buying this as a gift, or just want to look cool, I would definitely recommend getting this keyboard. Solid 11/10.

Gryphon Keyboard and Mouse is a very good choice for basic gamers, who are new to gaming and for those who wish to progress from a more basic set-up. This keyboard and mouse combination makes it a very convenient bundle, without breaking the bank.Keyboard:Functionality: Great. Keys seem easy to find, without accidentally pressing more than one. Full range of multimedia keys, along with numerical pad.Programmable special key buttons, to allow for key combination entry, at the single use of a button, come in very handy from time to time.Singular ‘Game’ button which ‘locks’ the Windows key whilst in game, which prevents accidental inputs. The feel of the keys is for me, very nice. There is some feedback, which I feel is a bonus. The space key is very sturdy, unlike cheaper products, there is not a noticeable imbalance, if any at all. It definitely does not feel cheap in any way.Aesthetics: Very nice indeed. The different colour settings work great with the keys, and personally do not interfere with gaming. Key lettering / numbering is slightly transparent to allow the light to pass through, making it much easier to find keys. The only personal downside is the big ‘TeckNet’ logo across the space bar, as I think it would look much better without. Also, the backlight brightness wheel does not change colour (Always blue), though this is a very tiny matter for me. Along with that, the mouse is always blue, with no way to turn it on or off, and although it looks great in blue, it would have been slightly better to be able to colour code. The keyboard isn’t ‘silent’, but I personally like it, and you don’t tend to notice it when you’re focusing on a game.Mouse: The mouse fits well in the hand, and the buttons on the mouse are easy to reach. The three DPI settings allows for greater control or movement, handy in FPS games for being able to quickly look behind you. The mouse has some weight to it, though it may not be to everyone’s liking, and unfortunately you cannot change the weighting. Whilst the mouse is not a top spec mouse, it is also not a standard computer mouse.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone, after deliberating on a few choices, I decided to go with this keyboard and mouse combo for convenience, affordability and style, and I definitely do not regret it.

The surprisingly quiet but solid keypresses of this keyboard felt weird at first, and I’m always a bit wary of typical “gamer” aesthetic stuff as it’s often somewhat uncomfortable to use with all its hard edges and “super futuristic” designs but I find myself quite pleasantly surprised with this keyboard. It requires no software or drivers to set up, and works right off the bat using built in hotkeys to adjust the lights under the keys, and the build quality is very solid. I don’t feel like I could accidentally break this thing by dropping it a couple of inches, but it’s not so heavy that it’s awkward to move about. Everything works immediately out of the box without a single bit of setup or tweaking needed, leading to a very pleasant new-keyboard-experience. Would definitely recommend![edit]: I’ve now noticed that it has a couple of issues. 1: Macros are basically utterly non-functional. The instructions are largely unhelpful because they seem to be badly translated, but no matter what, pressing the macro key doesn’t ACTUALLY do what you tell it to. You can record and rerecord the macro as many times as you like but… it never actually works. It doesn’t exactly repeat what you programmed into it. Furthermore it often misses keys entirely no matter how slowly you type in the macro commands, and does so at random.2: While I’m typing despite me pressing keys nowhere near it, a 7 often shows up randomly in my sentences or at the ends of words, sometimes in the middle of them. It’s not a typo. the keyboard literally just randomly inserts the number 7 into words and sometimes I don’t catch it. It’s not… SUPER irritating? It doesn’t happen during games it seems, but it IS slightly concerning.Other than this, it’s pretty great, but I guess you get what you pay for. This keyboard really was very cheap, and while it doesn’t FEEL cheap, there’s… definitely been some corners cut, I’m sure.

I bought this keyboard and mouse combination for my 9 year old who seems to be able to render electronics useless within a few weeks of using them. This was bought to be a cost effective “disposable” keyboard and mouse as i fully expected them to be of a poorer quality than your typical Logitech gaming keyboard and to only last a few months at best.Upon first use i noticed that the keyboard is actually quite heavy, has a very sturdy construction and provides a very comfortable feel to typing. This is ideal for my 9 year old and their excessive key-bashing that occurs when things don’t go according to plan! The backlighting option, whilst only providing 3 separate colours, illuminates each key and the surrounding of each key, so you get good illumination. The keys themselves feel sturdy and have a good amount of spring; although it is not too much. Don’t expect the performance of a mechanical keyboard or something with Cherry MX keys, but i for one wasn’t disappointed. The Tecknet logo on the spacebar is unusually located as you don’t normally see logo’s here, however, as the keyboard impressed me from the outset, i can forgive them wanting me to know exactly who made it.I personally use an old Logitech keyboard, but didnt want to spend £70 on a keyboard for my son, as he wouldn’t appreciate it. However, this keyboard is actually pretty close in feel to my Logitech and for the price it is, its very good value for money. The mouse that accompanies this keyboard is a fairly large mouse with a few extra buttons than your usual mouse but doesn’t offer as many as the serious gaming mice. Still, it’s a good feeling mouse, with solid ‘clicks’ when you press the buttons. This mouse does fit my 9 year olds hand so is suitable for smaller people as well as larger. The only downside my 9 year old had about this mouse is that you cannot change the LED illumination of the mouse to match the keyboard, so he has to settle for a Red keyboard and a Blue mouse.

CONS – Lets get the cons out of the way first. The keys will scratch easily as I found out when i dropped a headphone jack between two of them & pulled it out. When I got the keyboard I also noticed some of the moulding on the keys was a bit dodgey. This lead to the T key sticking against the Y key every other press & was rather annoying. I found there was a piece of plastic that had not been deburred properly at the factory so had to push a precission screw driver down to push the burr off.PROS – The keyboard is very good for how much it costs (I paid £16. I’ve had the keyboard about 9-10 months now & the keys are all working veyr well & none of them have flaked, worn out or gone wrong in any way. Tactile feedback on all of the keys, including the space bar, is still good. The keys seem resistant to skin oils too, I wash my hands often but during tense and long gaming sessions my finger tips go seem to go a bit clammy, but the keyboard doesn’t really adhere much of this (I clean it once a month with Isopropanol anyway). The Back light is good & has Blue, Red & Purple options, with two ways to turn it on or off (FN+Esc or the dedicated key just above the F2 key). You can turn it to pulsating, but that seems more for show as personally, i find it annoying to see at the corner of my eye. The Back lighting is bright & crisp too. There are 10 programmable keys which work well. I use them for Elite Dangerous SYS/ENG/WEP Pip switching (i have sort of use the keys to set up Distributor profiles) & they’ve been flawless. There are also dual function F keys, similar to a laptop keyboard (they have icons on them) & can come in handy at times.1.5m cable length is long enough for most people, depending on how you’ve got your PC set up in your home or work place. It’s not too bad though and works fine for me. The cable is fabric woven over insulated cores & is resistant to kinkys and bending, meaning the cable won’t be breaking on you any time soon.Overall, the keyboard is very good for £15-20 & I can recommend it. Just check the key moulding when you do it as the keys might have small burrs/tabs of plastic poking out from the base of the key.
