Game-Changer for Period Pain
I’ve always struggled with terrible cramps during my period, to the point where I had to take pain pills every 3 hours just to get through the day. I decided to try this Period Cramps Pain Relief TENS Unit with Heat, and honestly, it has completely changed everything for me. The combination of gentle heat and the TENS stimulation works so well to ease the pain, and I love that it’s wearable and discreet. I can actually go about my day without constantly worrying about the next dose of medication. The fact that it’s USB rechargeable is also super convenient. This device has made such a difference in my routine, and I wish I had found it sooner!

Got this to help during rough cycle days and it really makes a difference. The heat feels soothing and the TENS pulses take the edge off cramps fast. It’s small enough to wear under clothes and easy to recharge between uses. Definitely a helpful little device to have on hand for PMS or period pain relief.💫💫💫 What’s Important? 💫💫💫⚡ Effective TENS pain relief🔥 Soothing heat function🔋 USB rechargeable👖 Discreet and wearable under clothing💆 Great for PMS and menstrual cramps🦾 Durable too! My toddler has thrown it at a wall with a scratch

Relief my daughter actually uses
I got this for my daughter to help with her period cramps, and she says it’s been a lifesaver. It’s small enough to wear discreetly under her clothes, and the combo of heat and TENS really helps when nothing else works. She can wear it around the house or even to school without anyone noticing. It’s easy to charge, simple to use, and gives her real relief without having to rely on pain meds all the time. Definitely worth it if your teen struggles with cramps!

Lightweight and Works Great for Period Pain
This device really helped me with my period cramps. It was very easy to set up and use, and I liked how lightweight and small it is. I can wear it under my clothes and no one can tell, which makes it perfect for when I’m around the house doing chores or at work.I really like that it’s rechargeable with usb-c instead of constantly replacing batteries. The charge lasts through several uses, which is a big plus. The only downside for me was the adhesive, it didn’t stick as well as I would have liked. Other than that, everything worked great. The heat and TENS combination gave noticeable relief from cramps, and it even helped my daughter when she tried it.Overall, I’m happy with how effective it is for pain relief and how discreet it feels to wear.

Works to decrease menstrual pain.
I got this for my daughter when she visits, as she gets severe pre-menstrual pain. She likes the unit and says that it helps decrease the pain. She uses it two to three times a day for about 10 minutes. She says the heat and TENS together really make a difference. She is relaxed now and I am delighted. It is easy to use, the instructions are easy to understand and follow and it works well. The sticky pads do not cause any discomfort. It needs pretty frequent charging but my daughter is fine with that as it helps manage the pain, which is the most important thing.Good product.

Works very well for period cramps
This tens unit is a godsend for period cramps. I am thankfully past that stage of life but my youngest daughter has a helluva time every mk th. This unit brought her great relief this month and she was so happy have it. She used it 2 times a day for 3 days straight. The tens unit charges via its on included Usb-c cord. Please note that I tried it with my phone cord and it did not work so it must have something to do with the cord itself or the charging brick. When I used the included cord with a different brick it charged up fine. You know it’s charging because the light flashes and then goes solid green when the charging time is up. There is a single heat setting which my daughter described as moderate heat but not overly warm. The tens functions can be adjusted via the + and – button but there is no way to tell which setting you are on. I which there were a digital reading for the tens strength and the battery power remaining. The unit automatically switches off after 20 minutes and my daughter reported that was enough to make her cramps go away. She used it once I the morning g and once again before bedtime. There are 4 sticky gel pads included and I don’t know where to get more. They are reusable up to about 20 times each if properly cleaned and stored between uses. They are 2″ x 2′ size. I will have to check my local drug stores because the ones from this company’s store site on Amazon are the ones with wired leads like my old fashioned tens unit I got after a back injury 20 years ago. I did find one other set of sticky gel pads in the correct size from another company on Amazon but they were pricy. All in all, we like this unit for it’s intended purpose, but the gel pads should be available through the company and they are not online. There is a US based phone number for support so I will have to call that and see if they can be ordered. As far as the relief from this unit is concerned, my daughter gives it a very relieved and enthusiastic 5 stars.

Works well but your skin has to be damp or wet under it.
So this works well for pain relief and muscle aches HOWEVER, on a couple of occasions for both me and my sister, it left an odd rash on one side of the treatment surface. I’ve used it plenty of other times with no issues but for some reason I couldn’t figure out, we both had a bumpy rash that lasted a day or 2. Didn’t use any different product with it and it was on 2 separate occasions that 1 of us got a rash from it. I still use it and have been happy with it. I had a bad ankle injury and some muscle cramping involved in my lower leg and used this on that as well and it did help considerably. Cool tool to have in the arsenal.
