Wonderful!! Just what I need!
Got this for a friend who is having back and hip issues. She says it works great! She uses it with an ice pack or alone. It gives her relief for a period of time. The patches adhere great! They don’t come off until she takes them off. She also had me by Spectra 360 Premium Electrode Gel for ECG, TENS, Monitoring, Pediatrics Soothing Gel Anti-Irritation 8.5 oz Tube the pads come with a gel on them so she didn’t need that . She highly recommends this TENS 7000!!UPDATE:After initial period of coverage period with Amazon, this started malfunctioning. The manufacturer was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Replacement was near instantaneous!! New TENS working great!! Highly recommend!!

My chiropractor suggested this exact model & brand. I am pleasantly surprised at how well it works & the ease of use. It greatly helps with relief from stubborn pain. The battery life lasts forever if not in constant use. I have only charged once in 3 months after multiple times of using. It is small enough to wear outside of the home without problems. So, yes it was well worth the cost.

IT IS VERY DEFECTIVE, it stopped working almost immediately with a blank white screen
The TENS 7000 started out okay, but then it stopped working within days of me getting it. Like within about two weeks of getting it. The screen lit up, but there were no words or settings showing. And there was no charge going to the electrode pads any more. I wish there was some obvious way to fix it, but I had no idea what it would be with the unit only showing a blank white screen and no power produced. So I called Amazon and they told me to return it for a refund. Not even the possibility of a replacement. So I suspect this must be happening to A LOT of people. It’s too bad, the brand TENS 7000 was actually recommended to me by a Physical Therapist. I returned the TENS 7000 rechargeable unit and the unopened bag of 48 electrode pads. I think I was supposed to return the electrodes, so I did. Do not buy this, I don’t know how it could be made so defectively.

We had trouble with the unit within 2 weeks of purchase. It wouldn’t shut off. Then it was not reliable. At first we did not hear back from customer service. HOWEVER, when we did hear back, the lady was very friendly and helpful. They were going to have me send the unit back to fix. But the next day they said they had not had that problem before and are replacing the unit with a new one. When using the unit, I am very happy with it, and now I am happy with the customer service and response.

I would recommend this to everyone. My physical therapist wanted me to get a tens unit I did a lot of research and came across this one. The performance is as great as the physical therapist if not better. The pads stick well and doesn’t come off if you are up moving around. The size is a good size to clip to your side and clean or walk around. It is very easy to use. It is worth every penny. The pads say reusable but they are cheap enough to change after every time. This has really helped my back and gets my sciatic nerve to move out of leg and helps with the pains in my back.
