    great for the price
Very nice TENs and a decent price. It is easy to use and the pads stick well. The kit comes with a bunch (6 small and 2 large) of pads, a little draw string bag that holds it as well as a instruction booklet. I love that I can treat two areas at one time and have each of the areas be set up in different ways. Between intensity levels and different patterns it gives you a lot to chose from. It works wonderfully and provides help with controlling the pain. I have really liked this TENs my only wish is for a clip so I can attach it to my clothes so I don’t have to hold it on days without pockets.

Little device that packs a punch!
While unboxing this TENS machine, I have to admit I wasn’t too impressed. It seemed flimsy. That said, wow, it packs quite the punch. It’s very to use. The included instructions are easy to follow along, but if you have any experience using other TENS machines, you should be fine just taking it out of the box and going. It works VERY well, and the battery life is strong. I use it at the end of the day after long runs to aid in recovery and pain relief. It relieves my leg muscles nicely. Recommended.

    Works well and is portable
I got the BHK-TENS & EMS muscle stimulator to help with some back pain and loss of feeling in my thigh. The rechargeable device is pretty straightforward to use and the included instructions help. The display is easy to read and is pretty comprehensive. The dual channels let me treat two different areas at once by letting me set different levels on each channel. Pretty nifty feature. The 22 modes offer a good variety of sensations, from gentle pulses to more intense massage-like feelings. The eight included electrode pads are a decent size and stick well. It’s small enough to be able to take with me when I travel or to bring to the office. While it doesn’t solve my issues completely, it does provide a lot of temporary relief and has been a helpful addition to my management routine. The battery life is amazing. The price point seems quite reasonable for what you get. Overall, I feel that it’s a solid, reliable unit that does what it’s supposed to with numerous options to use.

A little complicated to use but works
So I found this little complicated and overwhelming to use. I’m still trying to get a hang of it. It comes with informative directions but it’s just a lot. I have you simpler ones. There’s a lot of different paths and numbers and things on the screen. So I don’t think this is the best for someone who’s not agree with technology. But once you figure it out it does work well and helps. But I still find it hard to use and if I got another one I would definitely look for it easier model.

This variant from the brand has a much higher power range and a much lower resolution than before.
This TENS & EMS Muscle Stimulator, 22 Modes Dual Channel TENS EMS Unit Pain Relief Device for Back, Neck & Joint Pain and Muscle Strength, Electronic Pulse Massager Muscle Massager with 8 Pads seemed less to my girlfriend’s liking than the earlier (and also slightly cheaper) version from the same brand with, on the surface, similar-seeming specifications. The only visible differences we could tell, user-interface-wise, was this unit was white, and the other called itself 1080red, but when put to practice, the electric charges seem to be much more boosted on this version than the other, where a comfortable 8 to 9 on the older model corresponding to a 3 or 4 on this one. In other words: we noted a lot higher resolution of how much electric stimulation we wanted with the older unit than with this one – or, perhaps, the device quality and unit to unit variations of this product line are not where they should be, and you effectively get a randomly-dangerous device when you buy one.Other potential explanation: we may not have managed to figure out the operation perfectly, and have subjected ourselves to user errors. The buttons seem intuitive enough, but we have very little idea of what the various modes offered amount to. Maybe they’re a resolution multiplier, and we managed to set the old unit into a higher-res version with lower range. An upside that we liked: the pads and cable form factor is the same between the brand’s units, so if you are mostly running out of pads with working glue, they seem perfectly interchangeable to the unit you prefer, or happen to have on hand. After some time’s use, the pads no longer stick or adhere to skin without some kind of help, which is a big limitation on for how long these will last in practice without ewplacements, even if the life of the unit itself seems good.

    Small, but powerful…
This device will be my new best friend for a while. I thought I’d test it out on my hand first, since I’ve been having a lot of pain and aches in it lately. Sure enough, it soothed the pain in my hand. It works like a massager and kind of feels like electric shocks as your muscles contract; without the heat of course. There are 6 modes to choose from and intensity level settings as well. I didn’t get pass 14 intensity. It was a bit too intense going higher than that, but it’s great to know that I do have the option to be able to go higher once I have developed a tolerance to the lower settings over time.It comes ready with 6 smaller pads and two larger ones that you can place just about anywhere on your body, with the ability to use 4 pads at a time. After the hand test, I used 4 pads; one on each of my shoulders as well as one on each hand, set my mode and intensity level preferences and put the timer on 45 minutes and it’s like the perfect massage while watching television. It also comes with a charger and a carrying case. It took around an hour to fully charge; I’ve been using it for about an hour now and it is still at full charge. It is tiny, but truly powerful. I am glad to have this devise and I know it will continue to serve a great purpose over coming times.
