Works Well
It works quite well for the size and not being a professional model. The settings are kinda confusing to use but i just select a preset mode and use it as needed. It has more than enough power and we charge it after use so not sure how long the battery actually last but works well for us.

Nice portable option for self care
I like the convenience of the unit. It took me a while to figure out on how to use but it was worth spending time. It is pretty food for its intended use.

Finally! A TENS unit with a CLIP to hold it in your pocket, on your waistband, etc.
I have tried several different TENS units for drug-free pain management. The devices all work on the same principle, though some have more modes than others or other differences. Here’s the deal . . . You affix the paired electrode pads to your body, turn on the unit and set it to the mode and setting that best suits your needs. Not all that complicated. But what if, heaven forbid, you need to get up out of your chair or move around the house? Inevitably, the TENS unit itself is going to fall out of your hand or out of your pocket. With the last two units I tested, I was trying to figure out a way to attach a binder clip or clothes pin or something to keep the blasted thing from falling out of the shallow pocket on the polyester house dresses I often wear. Never got past the “How would I . . . ?” stage and then I found THIS gem — the TENS EMS Muscle Stimulator Unit with 48 Modes, 4 Output plugs and sixteen 2″x2″ Electrode Pads from EMS MASTER.It’s priced about the same as the other units I’ve been trying ($50 in July 2025) but has several features that really impressed me:(1) The BELT CLIP!! Oh, my goodness. This is exactly what I had in my head as a solution for the unit falling out of my pocket or my hand.(2) There is a FLIP-OPEN COVER over the settings buttons. Clever idea, indeed.(3) The SIZE is roughly that of a vintage pager, slightly smaller than the other units I tested. The weight is a little more than those other units but not very much and, frankly, I don’t care about that because I don’t have to carry it around as I can clip it to my pocket or my waistband.(4) This unit has FOUR (4) ports for plugging in the sets of dual leads (four of those as well). That’s twice as many ports and twice as many pads that could be attached as the other units I’ve tested.(5) This unit is rechargeable, like the others, but it offers up to 20 hours of use time. That’s substantial. Further, the device uses the same USB-C charger connection as many current model mobile phones. This unit from EMS MASTER provided me with the same level of comfort, customization and pain management as the other units I tested with all of the above added advantages.I recommend this device 10/10.

Near Medical Grade Quality & Use… No Carrying/Storage Case…
I have been using medical TENS units for a few decades now, this is the first one that I have ever used that didn’t come from a medical center or medical supply company. I love that this TENS unit comes with an internal rechargeable battery that can be charged with a USB-C cable. There are a ton of options and intensities, but every time you change the mode/rate, you have to climb the intensity back up. This can be used on up to 4 channels at a time, which means 8 pads or 4 sets of pads placed on the body. I am using this unit for pain relief, and it did work well, and like most of the units that I have had in the past for that purpose. Understanding how to use not only the unit, but also how and where to place the pads can take some practice. The pads work best when they are placed parallel to each other on the body. The strangest thing about this TENS unit, it’s actually bigger than the first one I had almost 30 years ago, but also much lighter in weight. This unit can be easily and quickly used to help relieve pains and aches. My “true rating” (patent/trademark™️/copyright©️ pending🤣) is 8 out of 10.🐻 *Statement/Disclaimer: This review is part of Amazon’s Vine Program, which provides products at a reduced cost in exchange for sincere/frank reviews. Small portable, but still powerful, TENS unit
This is a small portable muscle stimulator. It comes with several reusable gel electrode pads that stick fairly well to clean skin. They are pretty easy to apply and use. The instruction booklet gives a lot of information about the functions and buttons on the unit, but no information about placement of the pads or how to use them effectively for pain relief. Depending on where they are placed you may need to turn up the power in order to feel it working.
