Put them in the freezer, not the fridge 🙏
I love these slippers! I recently developed plantar fasciitis so my feet felt like they were on fire. The pain was excruciating. I bought new shoes, I bought orthopedic inserts, I soaked my feet in cold water with epsom salt. Nothing helped, NOTHING. I told my husband someone should invent slippers that have pockets for hot or cold inserts. Then I googled slippers with hot and cold inserts….it was a dream come true 😁♥️ I put both slippers in the deep freezer in the garage. Idk if that’s what I was supposed to do because I keep reading people are placing them in the fridge. I need relief so I took it to the next level. It works!! If you don’t get relief from the fridge, try the freezer. I guarantee you won’t regret it.

Work as expected
My feet are cold during the day but feel like they are so hot at night. These slippers are wonderful for cooling them down. My only complaint would be the velcro strap. Its not very comfortable to use. Slippers are also wide and big for my feet, but I expected that due to the difference size feet variances they fit.

Poor Design
it is made in such a way theat the shape does NOT fit left or right foot??? Total CRAP! downside of buying from Amazon — NOT able to have a good evaluation of the product! AMazon has to insist on very good videos from sellers so buyers do NOT get fooled! Many of us do NOT want to return after using out of concern for others …Amazon falling short –as a frequent customer, disappointed with Amazon for NOT demanding enough product demos!

exactly what i needed
I love these slippers! They were a life saver for me during the summer. Between hot flashes and a broken a/c, I was so glad to have these on hand. They really helped cool me down and I felt so refreshed after using them. They are super easy to use, just throw them in the freezer. They stayed cold for a reasonable amount of time considering how hot it was outside. The size was perfect, they were very comfortable.

I got a size M because I wear size 7 women’s. It’s too tiny for my feet. So I am wondering if size L will even be big enough for me feet or a way larger size feet.

Provided Perfect Relief After Foot Surgery
I had surgery on my foot to remove a Morton’s neuroma and these provided amazing relief of pain and swelling. My feet are a women’s size 8/9. I ordered the large so I would have enough room for my bandaged and wrapped foot to fit into. The larger size did the trick. I was able to fit my stitched and bandaged foot in easily and comfortably with about an inch of slipper left behind my heel. The velcro strap allowed me to secure the slippers. The cooling effect was just right. I could keep it on easily for at least 20 minutes.
