This book has “everything” you want or need to know about your diabetes. Your eating options, food plans, complete explanations on everything you can imagine. The recipes are fantastic and she walks you through every step so every recipe is a total success. I also learned SO much about my diabetes, how to reverse it, how to control it, what matters and what does not, what all the numbers mean and several “different” types of eating are offered for you to choose the one YOU like the best! I have purchased alot of books trying to figure out how to put it all together to “help me”, and this book totally delivers! She helps you with your pantry needs, shopping lists, food lists galore, there’s not one thing she has left out to help you in every way possible. As opposed to pretty colored photos of food, her efforts went into walking you through each meal with easy to understand directions besides telling you what you can expect from the numbers after and before the meal. I can already see that I will be referring back to this book constantly. Extremely helpful, completely FULL of all information needed, and the how to for every meal. The BEST book for prediabetes, and type 2 diabetes. I absolutely know if YOU need direction and help in understanding how to deal with and live with diabetes, I highly recommend this book above the 20+ I have purchased. I could have bought this book and it would have eliminated the need of all of the others! Enjoy and know you can LIVE with this disease and have a life!!!!
