More than just a recipe book
Good book with good information. Appreciate that it’s more than just recipes, and has a meal plan guide at the end. The pages are a bit thin though, and it’s printed in black and white, so I think the quality could be improved.

Unfortunately, this book does not deliver on its promises. The description claims “2000 days of recipes,” but in reality, the recipes are few, incomplete, and often lack proper instructions. The content feels like it was generated by AI, with many recipes lacking sources and references. I was hoping for a useful and well-researched guide, but I’m left quite disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it.
