FINALLY a cookbook that delivers what I wanted. This is my third try to get simple everyday ideas. Being new to a diabetic diagnosis, I wanted EVERYDAY ideas not company cooking. And this is that! Great avocado toast. So far it looks great.

This paperback book does not have very many recipes. This book has a lot of information that your doctor would tell you or things that you can find on the internet. Not worth buying at all. I hope I can get a refund.
