This book would definitely be best for people new to the epilepsy/seizure world. Someone recommended it to me and I have had epilepsy for 15 years and I didn’t learn anything new from it. I almost think I could have wrote it myself. The writing is HUGE so you might not need your reading glasses 🙂 I don’t mean to offend the author but it is definitely a beginners book, not a book for someone who has been dealing with epilepsy for many years
