    Oil or no oil?
    In the intro you’re advised to avoid oils, including olive oil. Yet the very first recipe calls for olive oil.It also calls for low fat yogurt. I do not believe in low fat yogurt (or any other low fat food) since the fat is removed and replaced with fillers, possibly caloric or even sweeteners.

    This book is a scam, written using AI!
    This is a scam AI written book. As others have noted, many of the recipes contain oil, and some even contain ground beef, which is contradictory to what is supposed to be a meat-free diet. It’s certainly not worth $13 for an 87 page booklet that is barely 1/4 inch thick.The author doesn’t even exist – google “her” name and you won’t find anything but Amazon listings, and absolutely nothing to prove “she” is a “distinguished medical professional”.

    Not a Dr. Ornish endorsed book/recipes.
    These recipes contain tons of oil and even ground beef in recipes I was looking for real Ornish Recipes. If I can return it I will.
