Instant Relief and a Total Game Changer!
This is a must-have if you’re dealing with pain or an injury. My fiancé had pain at the bottom of his foot — we weren’t even sure what caused it, but it was cramping badly. He put these on, and within about 15 minutes he felt such relief! You could even hear his ankle gently popping from the targeted pressure points, and the tension just melted away. These wraps are absolutely amazing — comfortable, easy to use, and they stay cold for the perfect amount of time. We were so impressed that we ordered a second one just a few hours after trying the first. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate — you need this! You won’t be disappointed, only thankful you found it!

Convenient and effect ankle icing tool
Makes icing really easy and convenient.Fits well, extending from the forefoot to the lower calf muscle.A bit heavy. But I think that helps with insulation.Too thick to slip into a sock or shoe, but not so thick that you can’t get a pair of pants over them.Typical recommended icing time is ~20 minutes. These stay cold for at least half an hour when worn.On two instances, it has felt slimy/sticky, like some of the gel had leaked. I couldn’t find any leak and it hasn’t happened again, so I’m not sure what that was about, especially because I always keep it in its storage bag in the freezer when not in use.

Game Changer!
I bought the knee version of this originally for my bad knee. Liked it so much, bought this as an ankle option for me and family. These TheralICE wraps are just amazing. I think they are the best option out there. They last about 20 minutes cold, so just enough time to get a round of icing in.They fell like putting on a regular stretch support wrap, except it’s an ice wrap. Allows you to be mobile while icing too. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great compression and cooling!
This is an excellent cooling and compression sleeve for foot/ankle injuries. I’ve used this a handful of times over the last year for a lisfranc fracture and it’s held up well! The only downside, and why I docked a star, is because it is a sleeve. You can’t adjust the compression and it can be a little tricky to get on depending on your injury. Besides that it is great and I highly recommend it – it really helps with foot pain.

Must Have for Sprained Ankle
Highly recommend! Got this same day for a sprained ankle and it’s been perfect! I’ve only tried the cooling effect but it’s been ideal for icing the swelling and also supporting my ankle. Very comfy and easy to put on swollen foot/ankle and also provides some compression. Holds up really well in the freezer. Heads up that if you’re icing with it the first few minutes will be super cold but then it’s manageable.

Easy to put on and great pain relief
These slip on the ankle/foot very easily and provide cooling relief. You can also microwave them if you need to apply heat. They are soft and flexible and get very cold in the freezer.

The BEST. I walk 20K+ steps a day and was experiencing tibial tendonitis. I started using this a few times a day and eventually after the gym and it feels so nice. Gets and stays cold a while and the shape is super convincing.

This works fairly well but I did find it went from quite cold to warm fairly quickly. I intend to trial it on my elbow next and see how that effective it is as I think it will work better than on my ankle. It’s not faulty at all and this is how many ice packs end up. It is beneficial in that it covers the full area of the joint but I personally need it to stay cold for longer.

After only a few days, the threads are fraying. At first I liked it but clearly this is a low quality product. At that price it should be much sturdier.
