Game Changer!
These are amazing! If you have bad knees, or simply need to ice them periodically after workouts, this is the product for you. I have bad knees myself, and this is the only way to go.I liked my first one so much, I bought a second one to be able to hit both knees up at once. Then I bought a smaller size for my wife, as well as the ankle version. These things are so nice, and allow you to ice while moving around the house doing other things. They only stay really cold for about 18-20 minutes, so they are just enough to get in a 20 minute round of icing. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Great Product!
Im 5’11”, 165lbs. Adult soccer player with history of 2 acl/mcl/meniscus surgeries. Sleeve fits perfectly, is comfortable, does not slide down when upright/walking, and offers decent compression. Noticed a positive improvement in pain/swelling next day when used after games. Cold only lasts although for about 20 minutes. Would be nice if a way can be found for cold to last a little longer.

Love it, BUT
Love this ice pack (and I’ve had many over the years). Slides on quick and easy, stays super flexible, don’t have to worry about velcro and straps. My “BUT” is that it doesn’t stay cold long enough, at least for me. I’ve timed it and it loses it’s effective cold after about 12-13 minutes. So my solution: I like it enough that I am buying a second one-that way I can use #1 and after 13 minutes go to the freezer and put on #2, and I can get the recommended 20 minutes of cold therapy, plus some. Downside, buying two means I’ve spent $60 for an ice pack(s). Would much prefer buying just one and being able to get a full 20 minutes of good-lasting cold. Can’t tell me that with today’s technology they can’t devise a way to make this last colder/longer.

It’s comfortable and really helps with pain
This is super comfortable. I’m 240 5’9″ and got the large. It’s not slipping at off at all and it’s not cutting off circulation at all so it’s a very comfortable fit. I’m not sure if it’s really providing the compression at this size. I’ve been putting it in the freezer for a couple of hours and then putting it on and I immediately lost the freezer bag that it came with but I’ve been putting it in the packaging bag that it came with when I put it in the freezer and that seems to be okay. It stays cold for a nice long time and it’s really relieved the pain I have been experiencing with a baker cyst on my knee. I’ve only been using this for a few days so I don’t know how durable this is or if it will maintain its structure over time. But currently I’m very happy with it and hopefully it holds up until this Baker cyst goes away. Wish me luck with that. 😅

Highly recommend
Buy it! I love mine. Way better alternative to traditional ice packs that melt quickly and can be uncomfortable. These are similar to the ones they use in my physical therapy sessions. It offers a cool and jelly like compression that stays dry, doesn’t leak, and feels absolutely amazing on my knee

It’s fine but the Non-Pro version is better
So I have the regular version and the “pro” version. The regular version is not as heavy and feels colder and last just as long as the pro version in terms of cold retention, which is only around 6 minutes of a good amount of cold. The pro version is tough to walk with because it’s thicker and heavier and wants to slide down your leg, the normal version stays put better and is cheaper and feels colder in my opinion. I recommend getting 2-3 so you can swap them out every 6-10 minutes as they get warm. Save money and don’t buy the pro.

Its super comfortable.
This item feels very good. It does not stay cold very long. After knee replacement surgery, I used this along with a larger ice pack wrapped around it. Together they made a comfortable long lasting chill.

Comfortable and comforting
This sleeve is so much better than traditional ice packs, I’ll never go back. No stiff straps, no dripping, no melting, no worries about it not conforming to your body. This slides on easily, fits snugly, makes full contact, delivers cooling to all parts of the joint, and feels very soothing on my aching knee. It’s pricy but worth it.

It’s truly a value for money product ….an hour in the freezer and gives you instant relief for upto 30 mins . It’s quite sturdy and flexible . Using it for the calf area post surgery

These work as described. My main situation is that they don’t stay cold enough for long enough (for my personal use). So they have advantages and having the wrap around the joint is helpful. Beyond that it’s depending on what and how you need to use the ice pack.

These work good, cold pack gets very cold, lasts about 20-25 mins.

I read all the reviews before I bought. It has no smell and stays cold for required 20 minutes. (I don’t have a microwave so can’t speak to heat retention). I needed something to travel with and this is light/small enough.Easy to move around in.

El título debe decir para rodilla o tobillo y no “paquete para rodilla y tobillo” Dolo trae una compresa. Aunque la foto y el título dice otra cosa.
