Great for little bumps and bruises
This has been great for my (almost) one year old’s bumps and bruises. He doesn’t let me hold it on him for more than a few seconds, but he loves to hold it and after a fall or bump, it really seems to calm him down. I like that it doesn’t get too cold, it can go directly on the skin without being too cold. It’s also very durable and easy to clean and pop back in the freezer. It cools in about 20 mins and lasts around 10-15 mins.

Worked great for my son’s wisdom teeth extractions
I bought these in anticipation of my son’s oral surgery. I did it half jokingly (a 19 year old with little pig ice packs :)), but they actually were heavily used with no complaints by him! I really liked how they maintained their softness/flexibility after being in the freezer, yet they held the chill for the 20 minutes on/off intervals for when you are icing something. Highly recommend!

I bought these to use for “boo boo buddies” and they are cute. My daughter likes to play with them. I leave them in the freezer mostly so they are ready to go for cold therapy use but they don’t stay cool for long after removal from freezer. The plastic could be thicker (that may inhibit the beads from getting/staying cool, however) because I feel like my daughter could easily bite through it if she were still at the age of putting things in her mouth…. she is 2.5 now and doesn’t so it works for us but keep in mind if your kids are younger.

Great for little ones
I’ve had this for like 3 days and have already used it twice for my little guy. In all honesty, I think part of the relief it brings is from the placebo effect of just telling my kiddo that it will help him feel better. But he loves how cute it is; I love that it doesn’t get too cold that it will hurt him, and that it brings him comfort when he gets hurt.

Tired of wasting bandaids? Buy this!
My child was going through a boo boo stage where I was stopping what I was doing continually to fetch a bandaid, so this showed up in her stocking. It is wonderful! She loves getting it out of the freezer and applying it to whatever hurts. I didn’t have the quality issues others expressed. We purchased the pig. It is well sealed and full of beads.

Too much air
Super cute design, but the bead to air ration is way off. There’s so much air that the beads don’t really serve their purpose. Mine also came already opened, so was possibly a return. Target has a cute penguin one for a third of this price that actually has the appropriate amount of beads to be affective.

Great soothing ice pack for kids
My son LOVES this little pig. It helps him feel so much comfort if he gets hurt or if he is teething. We originally had one of these and it was left at a hotel on accident, so we bought 2 when we saw they were being sold here.
